Food was very good overall! Little heavy on the Spicy Garlic sauce but good overall.
Service was very bad. Our server was more worried about hanging out with co workers and a visit from what looked to be her bf. Ordered 3 waters, received no straws, apps came and we had no silverware or napkins. My 14 yr old just finished baseball practice, he slammed his water (refill took forever), took way too long to come check on us once we got our apps (someone else brought them out). Buy one get one wings on Tuesday, we ordered 30 wings total and she didn’t discount them until we looked at the check. 30 wings and we got 4 napkins and she continued to ignore us.
We recently moved here from Ohio, I promise we are BDUBS fans but this experience was terrible and we won’t be back.
I don’t want a gift card or a coupon for my next visit, I just ask that the servers check on their paying customers.

Pretty good Buffalo Wild Wings. Food is good. Nice place to watch multiple games on TV. Only negative note, Is that waiter was a bit slow attending to us. He was a good waiter though. Food took a bit of a while though, not a big issue though. Hopefully, I will be back soon in the near future. Great Wings, clean restaurant.

This place has gone downhill fast. The wings are very inconsistent and terrible. I tried the burger tonight instead because they can’t cook wings anymore. This was the most overcooked burger I have ever had. There is no way who ever cooked this worked as a cook in a professional environment before this job. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Full disclosure, this was on Superbowl Sunday. I did place my order by 12:00 for a 17:00 pickup. My wife arrived, and no name or Hx of order in system (despite confirmation number). I went in and talked to bartender (very nice). She apologized and stated my name WAS in the system but not ready. So I waited, and waited, and waited… at the end of the first quarter, I told her I was leaving and to just cancel my order. She went back and checked one more time and it was ready… sort of.
To say the order was screwed up like a soup sandwich would be an understatement but we had wings and something to eat.
Takeaway, maybe order a day or two before any big events.

Left without food on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered online and showed up at the quoted time to see ~40 people waiting for orders. No manager anywhere to be seen, instead some poor server was trying to keep order. Orders were at least 45 minutes past time with everyone missing parties at home. A total failure. I can only help the employee canceled my order correctly so I’m not charged as I left after 30 minutes of waiting past my time and was told my order likely had not yet been started.

I came to this location with my adult IDD client for an early dinner. He was not happy to be there and started to have an episode inside of the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything I needed. There wasn’t hardly anyone in the restaurant but my clients’ screams did startle some that were there. The staff wasn’t afraid, they didn’t awkwardly stare, they tried to HELP – no questions asked. Me and my client left about 3 minutes later and I called in my order instead. The manager, Jessie took my order and we went on a car ride to deescalate my client while they prepared our order. When on the phone, Jessie let me know it wouldn’t be an issue for him to bring the order out to my car, if that made things easier, which it did. He kept his word and I obtained the order without my client having another break down. I am still amazed about how accommodating they were and so helpful when things could’ve been different. Inclusion matters. Acceptance matters. Kindness matters.

They have a great bacon burger, the patties are smashed and crispy on the edges and the bacon burger is like a third bacon.
I’d probably go with the burger next time I’m at BWW tbh, I like it better then the wings .

We love dining at this place. We are particular on the wings – must be freshly made (12 mins), all flats, sauce on the side, with good amount of veggies. Alex is the best waiter here whom we really appreciate for – he is efficient, passionate, details oriented, and always gives us the exact quality of wings we ordered. Thank you!

My experience this evening was subpar. The person working the takeout counter was “busy” talking to the hostess and took 10 minutes to ask about my order. The traditional wings in my order were barely sauced. The Thai curry wings were pretty dry, but there was at least some flavor. The Nashville hot wings were completely flavorless – very disappointing. The boneless wings in the order were sauced appropriately. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I really like the food. I normally order to go l. However, every time I come to pick up it takes forever for someone to assist. Nothing more frustrating than workers talking and seeing you wait to be helped and ignoring you.
