Came in for the Buffet with my grandchildren on Wednesday, Madison and Peyton were exceptional in their hospitality. They kept the restaurant spotless the whole time we were there.
The salad bar also really stood out. 2 kinds of olives, fresh boiled eggs, 2 kinds of cheeses and more. This was a super experience for the kids, I recommend it for all families.

I had DOOR DASH send me two pizzas and a salad. Mind you, the menu describes the salad as lettuce and tomato. Mine literally had 1 cup of cabbage and almost a cup of lettuce and 5 tomato’s! It would have been ok if I was not allergic to cabbage! For a place that makes FRESH DAMN GOOD pizza you would expect a FRESH and decent salad, not a grocery bought bag dumped into a styrofoam container! Mama’s pizza on Bryant Irvin on Saturdays around 4:00 NEEDS to pay attention to DETAILS! I got the BOTTOM of the bag salad! Yuck!

The workers are kind and young. I called in my order, and it was correct. The only issue was that my pizza bottom was kind of burnt. It was not so bad it couldn’t be eaten, but you could slightly taste it on some pieces. I ordered wings, they were good, but I didn’t take a picture. The flavors were BBQ and hot. The hot were not to spicy. There was a second call in order, and their only complaint was the breadsticks were dry. It was an about an hour before close. I will definitely give them another try.

Pizza wasn’t done (not hot thru and thru). Two toppings looked like one topping. Their system charged $.54 more than it should’ve been. $11 for the Pizza and $.25 being togo equals $11.25 plus tax is $12.18…I was charged $12.72. It’s not about the money it’s the principle..$.54 × 50 pizzas in 1 day…hmmm you do the math. This is why I’ve only been to this location 2 twice since it’s been open.

So disappointed!!! First of all, after ordering we waited 45 mins and finally asked how much longer it would be for our two large pizzas? They informed us they hadn’t even been put in the oven yet due to having a large amount of online orders to complete first. We were not told this when we ordered, or we wouldn’t have ordered there in the first place! When we DID finally get our pizzas we were in such a hurry we didn’t check them first before we left.. That was a mistake! The simple BBQ chicken pizza we ordered looked like it had an entire tray of cheese dumped on it in massive clumps and then shaken up so the toppings were all sliding off. They added jalapeños, cheddar cheese and bacon to it as well, which we didn’t ask for? So after waiting an hour for our pizzas we didn’t even get what we asked for. What a joke! I honestly wonder if the staff were high or something..

Total cost of eating buffet for 2 adults was $36+. No tea was available…only 3 options for pizza to pick from…salad bar was not fully filled with each containers being only half filled….waited a good 15 minutes for them to replenish the pizza section only to take the place of the 2 that were already empty to bring back the option of pizza choices to 3.
Disappointed especially with what we paid.
We will not be returning.

Super disappointed. What in the hell happened to Mama’s Pizza? We arrived at 1118 after reading the buffet opened at 11. There was no pizza, no lettuce on the salad bar and the soft drink machine was turned off. Had to ask someone to turn it on and bring out lettuce.
We were there over an hour and only 1 pizza was placed on the buffet. Furthermore, they ran our card twice and said it wasn’t working so we used another card only to discover that the original card was charged.
Basically we paid 15 dollars each for 2 pieces of pizza and a grody salad. I have been a loyal Mamas customer for over 40 years and i have NEVER experienced anything like this.

The owner/manager the rude white guy answered the phone and was very rude. This is the second rude encounter that I’ve had with him. I will NEVER support this location again. I hope you go out of business. I’m going to tell everyone in the area, about my experience. Little do you know, I own a very large corporation in the area that supported this business. NEVER AGAIN

I would like to give them less than one star. I ordered for my elderly relatives in Fort Worth through Uber Eats. I ordered 4 orders of wings, but only got four wings. They were over cooked. The pizza was under cooked. I paid almost $80 and the meal was not fit for consumption. I was refunded for the missing food. Still fighting for the rest of my money back. Ridiculous.
