Husband and I stopped in for lunch. Great food and service. Chill atmosphere. Had the French onion soup, patty melt, and Isaiah burger. Get the tempura fries, they were light and crispy. Dinner is probably even better, looks like they have live music. Nice menu and good prices.

Jorge was a one man team. He was our waiter,and bartender. He was great with the service and always made sure our drinks were full. The food was excellent I had the cheese ravioli plate. Maaaan it didnt disappoint. It was a chill vibe and and had good background music playing. You don’t wanna miss out on this little gem of a place! Thank you RoJos!!

Found this spot on the way in to town. I ordered the shrimp scampi and a side salad. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal! My friend ordered the barbeque chicken with a baked potato & slaw, she was pleased with her food as well. Great service & great food. We will definitely be back! Next time we’ll get a drink, full bar.

Perfect end to a ski day—Rojo’s Tavern was exactly what we needed. The French onion soup was perfect for warming up, salad was fresh and the sirloin steak with shrimps was on point. Paired it with a glass of red wine and a vodka soda, and we were good to go. Great spot to unwind and refuel after a day on the mountain!

So the BBQ is great, the fish and chips not so much, but it is a BBQ place (even on the neon sign outside). Super funky old style tavern. Service was attentive and quick.

Atmosphere was a little dark, typical tavern pub. A couple of locals sitting at the bar. I got the 1/2 BBQ Chicken with a loaded baked potato. It was good, I’m not sure about $29.00 good though. My wife got the American Burger with fries. It was ok at best, definitely not worth $17.00. Appetizer: We got the breaded mushrooms, $14.00 was a bit steep but they were definitely good. Service was excellent, my drink never got below half before my waiter promptly refilled it and left the carafe of ice tea for me. If your into local bar and pub scene, give it a try . My total was about $87.00 with a tip, just for dinner, coffee and ice tea.

It’s a comfy tavern-type restaurant. The owner, I presume, appeared overwhelmed and was running around like mad but overall attended to our table the best he could. I liked my dinner but others in our party did not. I probably would not return for dinner but likely yes for appetizers and drinks.

This is one of those Hole in the Wall Treasures you find in South Lake Tahoe!! The food is amazing and the Service is GREAT!! Jorge was our server and I have to say he want above and beyond for us! We really loved all the Tempura Appetizers we couldn’t decide so we got a variety of them all! I highly recommend the Mediterranean Pasta, it was so delicious and lots of Seafood on it, a creamy tasty sauce, Very filling dish. They had both America food so if you want a good steak or burger & fries or An Italian dish the menu has a good variety. This is a place we will definitely be going back to when in South lake Tahoe!!

The first place didn’t pan out, then we saw RoJo’s! We ordered the baby back ribs and they were so delicious! Tender, juicy and tasty. I also tried the tempura fries, which were pretty tasty! If you are in the South Lake Tahoe area, you must stop at RoJo’s. They also have Italian dishes. Also loved the 70’s soundtrack.
