Hadn’t been in years because their service was always low quality. Finally stopped by because my kids were hungry. We waited at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, ten at the speaker, where the guy kept saying, “one minute.” My daughter got off to use the restroom and said the teen employees were laughing and standing around. Mind you, one of those standing around was the manager.

Found a hair in my food. This is after waiting 15+ minutes for it. I did a curbside order since the drive thru line was insanely long and I still got my food AFTER the car I was going to be behind. Makes no sense to even have an option to pickup curbside if the drive thru will still get the order first. This is not the first time, curbside takes about 10 more minutes than the drive thru and staff don’t have everything in the bag and the person bringing out the order doesn’t have any condiments or even straws with them if we need it so we have to wait an additional amount of time for the worker to come back out if we’re missing stuff. Our food was also cold and every time we ask for it fresh it’s still not fresh, they just dip it back in the oil and call that fresh. Horrible experience, horrible staff and horrible food.

Very small place, not enough room for the family to come and enjoy. This is recommended for a single or couple to come eat in. And drive thru only has one line so it took 14 minutes to get our food in drive thru.

Quality and service mediocre. Prices go up, size of meals are much smaller. Fish sandwich has no flavor just half slice of cheese and tons of tartar sauce. Fries are either tasteless or old. For what they charge they can do better.

Most employees are rude as hell, aren’t welcoming, managers act like they can’t answer a simple question they just stare at you. Drive thru employees don’t acknowledge your existence at all, if customers are being kind and respectful individuals it doesn’t hurt to say you’re welcome have a good day when we say thank you. Leaving customers on heard irl is crazy.

Do not recommend going here. Maybe it was just wrong timing idk but what happened was enough to not return to this location. We were waiting in the reservation area for over 15 minutes & were really hungry as we had just left from the clinic & had been there a while so we went inside to see what was going on turns out whole time they gave our order to someone else through the drive thru ‍♀️so they would have to redo our order at this point we were close to leaving and just asking for a refund because my newborn was getting fussy as we we’re trying to get home ASAP. I tried using their restroom to change my baby’s diaper unfortunately they don’t have a changing table which added more to the frustration, good thing they were coming with our order already but now turns out we couldn’t get our hash browns nomore because they had ‘finished’ they did replace them with fries so atleast that but its still not what we had ordered you know, also we didn’t get any syrup or utensils for the pancakes. The food is really good don’t get me wrong but the experience was really bad specially with a crying newborn in this situation, if it wasn’t one thing it was another.
