I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. The employee holding my Valentine Cupcakes told another employee to hand them to me, took another minute for him to get to the window, then he dropped the exact change which fell outside to the ground, then he gave me the wrong change and finally, when eating the ice cream you could tell it had previously melted and refrozen as the ice cream layers were sideways, the crunch layer was in a ball to the side of the container and the ice cream itself was crystallized.
It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It will be a long time, if ever that I go back there.

This DQ is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is excellent and orders are perfect, other times it’s a hot mess and everything sucks. Bought a cake last year for my son’s birthday l and it was perfect! Ordered another one this year and it looks like the icing is melting off of it despite the cake still looking formed and firm. Makes it appear super sloppy, not sure why they continued to pipe melted icing along the edge when it was so obviously dripping…now I’m scared to open the lip for fear that it’s going to make a huge mess. To make matters worse, it took ages to even order it because the cashier had to have her hand held while filling out the order form (name, date of order, phone number, pickup date, pickup time, cake size and type, and decoration requests). Not sure how it was overly confusing but apparently it was very complicated to do.

My fiancé ordered a chocolate milkshake with a lump of vanilla ice cream. Meaning a lump of ice cream added that is not mixed in. I order this every time at other locations and always get it the way I ask. They hand him a milkshake with a flat lid on (which is clear) and you can clearly see there is no lump of vanilla ice cream. He asked for them to add the lump of ice cream and they told him it was “in there”. It is definitely not “in there”. This is the second time at this location they didn’t add the ice cream and thus why he specifically asked. It’s also so liquified that it seems like chocolate milk more than a milkshake. He got two milkshakes, one was supposed to be a regular choc milkshake and the other choc with a lump of vanilla in it. They are both exactly the same. Why lie? Why tell him “it’s in there” when you can clearly tell it’s not? Cost over $9 for two small milkshakes and not even made correctly. Then when I called they pick up the phone and don’t say anything and then hang up. I called 3 times. I will wait until spring and go to Lackey’s. At least they don’t lie about adding the lump of ice cream

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place cannot make a decent blizzard. 3 out of the last 3 blizzards had NO candy in them. I even ordered extra. We tried to like this dq, but after many chances, gave up on them. Save your money and buy a gallon of ice cream at the grocery store. Anything would be better.

Good place for an easy bite, though there is sometimes a long wait. The workers are nice, and the place is clean.

Don’t go there. We ordered 2 combo meals, food was cool, cheese was not melted on burgers. Asked for no pickles 3 times, still got pickles. They were not busy at all and still could not get it right. Never again. Every other fastfoid place in leechburg is much better.
