The Florence Better Blends location has the best smoothies known to man. I get the banana nut muffin bulk blend with PB fit. If I had one last meal, it would be that. When I go in there all the employees know my order and they pretty much have it ready for me, every single day. Better Blends are the best smoothies known to man. If you have not been there now is the time to go and try it out. Smoothie King, or tropical smoothie don’t have anything on these guys. Better Blends is the goat. This was my first experience at a Better Blends, and I wish it had been better. I had only had Better Blends at some of my daughter’s volleyball tournaments, so I was excited to actually try it at an establishment and have even more opportunity to customize my bowl.
While the bowl itself was pretty tasty, my experience with the staff was not. We were not greeted and ordering felt rushed and like we were bothering them. The girls were all on their phones the whole time, and one of them even stopped in between making one of the bowls for my order to check her phone, before going back to making another one of my bowls. They were loudly and rudely talking about some girl between them and more caught up in their own personal discussions than actually working. So much so, that 1 of my bowls were given to me ready to go, while I watched my other 2 bowls sit in a bag on the counter. After waiting 5 minutes and watching the whole staff huddle around a phone screen, I finally asked if those other 2 bowls were the ones I ordered. One of the girls apologized and said she didn’t know how that happened and why a name wasn’t on my order (I was never asked a name, not sure if I should have been asked one for a walk in)while the others just walked away. I unfortunately will not be back and hope you can have a discussion about customer service to your staff so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I have been to this location plenty of times I love the way they make my smoothie they do everything pretty much perfect this has to be one of the best locations that I go to 10 out of 10 I would recommend. Also if you have extras after they get done blending your smoothies they make sure you get all your extras because honestly that’s what you paid for.
