Eat Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. We come visit family from IL and the ones around our home are all crap. This one gave me faith that TB can be good if they try. Haven’t dined in a TB in a long time because they all are not very clean or inviting. We got our current order to go but decided to stay and dine in because it was nice. Service was great and the food was amazing. Best Mexican Pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Found out new “must stop” when we come home to visit. Keep it up guys, be the example for all these other crappy TBs

Favorite thing is ordering on doordash only to always have half the items we order never delivered. At least you can check your own bag at drive thru–you can’t do if its delivered to your house. No call, no polite notification to our driver that they just didn’t want to serve us half our food, or didn’t have it–just no food.

Discovered “Charlestown” – style Baja (no ICE) wether it is a silent protest to defuned ICE presence in Indiana or a miscommunication that could have been better sorted with a disclaimer that the ice machine is down, I’m ordering it this way everywhere I go. Charlestown Baja is best because it comes with no ice, garunteed.

Ordered almost $70 worth of supreme tacos for family members and a couple vegetarian items (quesarito & black bean chalupa). All tacos were flat and barely had any toppings and they were out of lettuce they said. Tried to get a refund right away and couldn’t because I ordered through the app. App customer service never reached out; a few days later I decided to call the hotline and waited 15 minutes for a customer service rep. She offered me $20 in coupons and then played stupid about me wanting a refund when I refused and told them to just forget it and keep their coupons. Im not the Karen type, nor do I have high standards for fast food, but this was plain out laziness—it’s already bad enough the food is overpriced. Some people are tired of throwing their hard earned money away.

Worst experience at Taco Bell ever. They left out half of my order and what they did include they did not make according to the customization I made in the app. The lettuce was also rotting and wilted. Major health hazard. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito and none of the cheese on top was melted and it looked like someone had stepped on it before wrapping it up. Don’t waste your money here.

Great restaurant, service is slower in the evening usually sitting in drive thru line for at least 10 minutes. It just depends on when you go. Service is good

The chips always taste like cinnamon for some reason the staff is usually rude I live right around ten corner and come here very often. You can tell management is lacking in a lot of areas. The delivery truck was blocking the drive thru and when I brought it up to the employee at the window the response was at least we are getting our stuff.
