I placed an order through doordash (granted it was pretty late but still within ordering time) and once i got there they asked if i had and order to which i said yes. They asked for them which and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it and that they were closed. also refused to cancel the order and was just very rude throughout the interaction. Then they ignored me when I asked for a way to resolve the issue. I understand wanting to go home but telling people you’re closed when you have over 30 mins left and their order is already paid for is absolutely ridiculous.

Every time I order food from this Zaxbys on White Horse Rd. I never get what I actually ordered. I always get the kickin chicken sandwich and they always put barely any sauce at all on it and usually never do the ranch on it. It is only this specific Zaxbys location that seems to do me wrong. No complaints with any other location. Just this one!

Placed my order for a fried house salad and waited and watched the other people that were behind me order and receive their food and I’m still standing there with the workers looking at me shaking their heads. You can make three other orders that were placed after me but you can’t make a salad. After eleven minutes of waiting I just asked for a refund. Manager said she was sorry but they were short staffed. 7-8 workers running around and she says they were short. I’m sorry but that excuse doesn’t fly with me.

Extremely slow. I actually was not able to order for myself because the cook refused to substitute grilled chicken for fried chicken (due to food restrictions with the fried) on my order. Absolutely every other Zaxby’s does this and even have a button for it on the register. I order the same thing every time I’m at a Zaxby’s never any issues. This is just pure laziness.

I got my boyfriend to go get me a Cobb salad Before I went to work today I wanted just a cob with extra ranch. He gets home with it and it’s a salad with Just cheese and chicken… And they gave me blue cheese, which I hate.
Then I decided it was no big deal. I could just go back and grab another one on my way to work The guy was super nice and gave it to me No problems. Then he said “ You said blue cheese, right” I was like no sir ranch please. I get to work to eat my salad and there’s literally still blue cheese in my bag. No ranch at all. Just very frustrated And I didn’t have time to go back in and say something. I get that accidents happen but twice…

Zaxbys is going down the drain. Order the Zaxbys new signature club. Well the piece of chicken was like the one that they use for Sliders there was no pickles and the sandwich was cold. When I called they said oh its the way zaxbys is sending there chicken in a pre package. This was the worst experience ever.
