Consider this my official appeal to bring a Spitz to Saint Paul, Minnesota. Deliciously creative Mediterranean+ street food. My wrap was so good I ate some of the paper. Big plus: delicious house made sauces— harissa and zhoug.

I was impressed with the waffle fries, not a soggy one in sight. My gyro was pretty good and a generous size. One of my friends shared their baklava, and I can confirm it was also the right amount of crispy. I don’t go for a lot of Mediterranean food generally, but I can see myself coming back here. the decor was really interesting, and I saw that they had games to play stored against the wall.

I have come across a few negative reviews about this establishment and would like to offer a different perspective. I have visited Spitz on multiple occasions, and each experience has been consistently positive. The service has always been prompt, friendly, and professional.

The bartenders are welcoming and highly skilled, creating excellent cocktails with care and attention to detail. One bartender in particular—a thin brunette—stands out for being especially attentive, personable, and consistently making exceptional drinks. I have also personally observed situations where customers were less than courteous, yet the bartenders and servers handled them with patience, professionalism, and kindness.

Overall, Spitz provides a warm atmosphere, quality service, and great drinks. I would confidently recommend stopping by—you are likely to leave with a very positive impression.

Worst foodborne illness i have ever experienced in my life, non stop vomiting for 8.5 hours before I decided to take a trip to an urgent care, they thought it was appendicitis and send me to the ER. Nope it was probably YOUR FOOD.

We love our weekly wraps from Spitz! The balance of the fresh cucumbers and the crunchy friend garbanzo beans hits the spot! The service when picking up is top notch. We love how they are great about labeling each item in our bag. Great food, great service and great ambiance, makes it a winner for me!

Found this little gem while looking up new places to eat last Friday. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but i am glad i went. They have a very cozy little corner shop with but indoor and indoor seating. If you like Mediterranean street food this is the place for you. I recommend the Mediterranean wrap (beef and lamb). It was so well made and every bit was as good as the last one. Additionally, they do have beers on tap along with some specialty cocktails too. 100% plan to come back. The gals behind the bar were so nice and even as they were closing shop they told us we could take our time eating and finishing our drinks.

Ordered the Doner wrap with beef and lamb. It was huge. Very tasty. The $2 side of falafel and hummus should be something served at every Mediterranean restaurant.

The price was on the high side, about $22 for one for lunch, but the staff were fast and friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is very nice. No complaints!

First ordered Spitz through DoorDash and were blown away—but going in person? Even better. The vibe is on point, and everything was insanely fresh! This spot is now officially in the regular rotation. We tried their wings and they were great! – The sauce is a super unique mix of sriracha and tomato sauce, bold and flavorful, but the wings themselves were already seasoned so well.

MUST ORDERS:
Street Cart Fries – Absolute perfection. Just get them.
Street Cart Wrap (Beef & lamb) – The flavors are unreal, and the fresh veggies take it up a notch. Also avail w/ other meats.
House Hummus w/ pita chips – Do yourself a favor and get the large order.

Only small thing? The water had mint in it—I’d prefer just lemon. But honestly, that’s a tiny note in an otherwise phenomenal experience. Can’t wait to be back!

Spitz is one of our new favorites. We first went to the one in Billings and loved it. The gals working there were kind and wonderful. The wings are just perfect and crispy!

This was my first time trying Spitz, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. I forgot my lunch at home and placed an online order at 10:30 a.m. The online ordering system allowed me to select a pickup time, with 11:00 a.m. being the earliest option. Since my lunch break at work begins at 11:30 a.m., I selected that time. I arrived right at 11:30 and provided my name for the online order. I was then told it would be at least another 30 minutes before my food would be ready. When I explained that I had specifically selected an 11:30 pickup time, I was told, “There’s nothing I can do, there are a lot of orders ahead of yours, sorry.” The interaction felt dismissive, as though I had just walked in and placed an order on the spot. I understand that delays can happen. However, if the restaurant had a large catering order or was running behind, online orders should have been paused or customers should have been given accurate pickup times. At the very least, I should have been notified that my order would not be ready as scheduled. I have a limited lunch break, which is why I planned ahead and scheduled a specific pickup time. Driving all the way to the restaurant only to learn my order would not be ready anytime soon was very frustrating. Because I needed to return to work, I had to cancel my order. The response I received was simply, “Okay, I canceled it, you’re all set, sorry” with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This experience left a very poor first impression.
