When we walked in we were greeted right away. We asked for the outdoor dining area and we sat out on the deck with a beautiful water.. They were very friendly courteous and quick to get your drinks and everything out.
For food I got the brisket and also a jalapeno sausage link with french fries. It was good and the flavors were spot on.. The only thing I could possibly say is that the portion size is rather small for the amount of money I paid.
My daughter got the brisket burger with french fries and she said it was very well done and she loved it.
My wife got the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese and French fries. She also thought the food was great as well.
We will be going back and the outdoor seating is highly recommended its beautiful. But so is the inside as well.

A fantastic location with an even better deck that provides an excellent dining experience!
We had a very good experience recently and the service was very good although the restaurant was busy for a Monday evening.
The food was very good BBQ. My son ordered some brisket that was very tasty. And I ordered a brisket smash burger. The smash burger was very good. But the fries tasted like they might have been overcooked. To the point that I barely touched them. And when you order a burger… you expect the fries to a part of that meal! I was planning on dipping the fries in the different BBQ sauces that are available. As I said… the burger was good… but it was nothing exceptional. I was expecting more since it was a brisket smash burger and not just a burger.
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience. Next time I will probably stick with brisket or kielbasa.

The most beautiful BBQ joint I’ve visited so far! I highly recommend the outdoor seating for a relaxing view of the water — my favorite part. We loved the unique appetizer sampler (deviled eggs are so good) and the kool-aid dipped pickle spears were fun and exciting to the taste buds. All meats and veggies (fried and raw) were fresh and delicious. I loved the cuts of the veggies in the salad and loved the fresh asparagus, too.
Indoor seating is large and spacious with a small arcade center in the back. There was live music during our visit. They offered gelato in the front of the store, too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had eating out. I received undercooked chicken. I asked for it to be fixed. The waiter stood there arguing with me. Then proceeded to walk around the table over behind me. I asked for the manager. She was even worse. Argumentive and rude. I asked for my food to be fixed. They took the smoked chicken I ordered and put it in the fryer where they fry the french fries. I did not order fried chicken. To make it worse the chicken was still not done. At that point, my family and I were just ready to leave. We asked for our bill. Another waitress got our bill. The waiter would not come to get the bill. We went up front to pay the bill. They got the waiter. He came over and asked us if we were actually going to pay for our food. Very insulting, especially after everything that had already happened.

One of our favorite day trips (if you live in central Ohio) is going up to Lake Erie and spending the day at Marblehead lighthouse and East Harbor State Park. If you ever find yourself up there for the day, be sure to grab lunch or dinner at The Que!! It’s definitely something to look forward to. Open year round, the Que features some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had. Upon being led to your table, a waiter stops by and offers you a little dish of peanuts in their signature seasoning. If they don’t offer you one, ask! You won’t be disappointed. The wait staff also leaves you with a couple paper dishes, silverware, handi wipes and a variety of BBQ sauces to try with your meal. The sauces range from sweet to spicy with a couple fruity flavors in between, and of course The Que traditional BBQ sauce. Our favorite menu item is the Brisket Mac n cheese wrap with fries. Their fries are sprinkled with their signature seasoning, the same as the peanuts and are absolutely delicious! And the mac n cheese in a wrap… it’s a dream come true! The restaurant itself offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a friendly wait staff. If you go at the right time of the week you may even catch a live musician to enjoy while you visit with friends and family at your table. The environment itself is always well kept and clean. A full bar is also available with a regular and seasonal menu. And did we mention their dessert menu? You’ll want the banana pudding! Overall we give The Que a 4 out of 5 stars. Definitely worth the stop if you are ever up that way!

The only reason this place did not get a 5 is because they were out of brisket…so anything made with it was unavailable and we went early dinner. The sampler appetizer was amazing getting a bit of everything. I got the smash burger that was ground beef, brisket, and pork smash burger. The brisket sausage was a bit dry, but had good taste. The MAC AND CHEESE …do not let this one pass you by.

Been eyeing this place for a while and finally made it. The location, view is great. The waiting area was very nice as you will need to wait in it. The wait time was not horribly long. Got the nachos for the appetizer, it would of been flawless if there was more chips. They were very good. Pork, chicken, brisket were very fresh and tasty. The smoked chicken was the big surprise. It was much better than I anticipated. The jalapeño sausage was kinda of dry and the hottest jalapeño sausage I have ever had. Cole slaw, Mac and cheese, French fries, were all top notch. The baked beans were only ok. The carrot cake was mediocre at best. This place is not cheap but I do not mind paying for good food. However, you do get alot of food.

Typically don’t eat out for barbecue. The best is Usually on my own smoker. However we heard about taco Tuesday… My wife and I got a beef pork biscuit and traditional and traditional taco. They were very very good. The pico sauce and the green tomatoes sauce made them extremely good. They used a unique unique spicy slaw on all of them and it was very good. We will be back
