Social Profile:

The pairing of Korean fried chicken and beer, known as chimaek (치맥), is a quintessential part of modern Korean culture. It’s not just a meal; it’s a social ritual, a comfort food, and a beloved way to unwind. The term is a portmanteau of chikin (치킨), the Korean word for chicken, and maekju (맥주), the word for beer. The appeal of chimaek lies in the perfect balance it strikes. The crisp, salty, and sometimes spicy flavors of the fried chicken are expertly complemented by the cold, effervescent, and often light taste of beer. Whether you’re enjoying it at a bustling restaurant in Seoul or a local eatery in your city, the chimaek experience offers a taste of Korean culture that is both delicious and communal. Ever since moving to Savannah from NYC, I have been missing Korean Fried Chicken for the longest time and finally this place opens up so close to me and I was pleasantly surprised by not only how good the food was but also how big the servings were!

For 15$ for the half plate they gave enough food to feed 2-3 people! Definitely the place to be if you love Korean Fried Chicken or want to try something different. I definitely recommend the boneless chicken. Not only was it crispy but the sauce they tossed it in was just perfect!!

Definitely gonna be coming here again and next time with all of my friends! Love the atmosphere, it was clean and spacious and fun!

Finally got to try this place out. I want to sample everything. I had the sweat and sour chicken half size. Wow for a half size it was more than I can finish. I enjoyed the sweat taste and the crispyness. The chicken maintained its juiceyness. I cant wait to try more. They said that soon they will have a stage for Karaoke soon. I cant wait. It should be loads of fun.

Came here during their soft opening week and was not disappointed! The customer service was top-notch, and the food really exceeded my expectations. I ordered the soy garlic chicken (half), and the portion was so generous I couldn’t even finish it. The chicken was fried to perfection—crispy on the outside with a garlicky, sweet-and-spicy sauce, while still juicy inside. The homemade pickled radish was a great touch, and honestly, nothing pairs better with Korean fried chicken than an ice-cold beer. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Love This Place!

I absolutely love this spot—not just for the food, but for the whole K-Pop vibe that hits you the moment you walk in. The energy is fun, the music is nonstop, and the atmosphere is like stepping into a K-Drama food scene.

Now let’s talk about the Snow Onion Chicken… WOW. That creamy, tangy sauce drizzled over a mountain of paper-thin onions on top of that perfectly crispy Korean fried chicken? Out. Of. This. World. It’s sweet, savory, and just melts into the chicken in the most addictive way.

Seriously, this isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. Whether you’re a K-Food lover or just K-Curious, this place delivers big-time

This is hands down so far the best chicken I’ve had since moving back to America. We decided to try this new place , and wow, the flavors were incredible and truly reminded us of Korea. Everything was fresh, crispy and full of flavor. The experience was amazing, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!

Everything was very good , They have Unlimited refills on the pickled radish and the cabbage salad with a really great sauce on it. The portions are very large. The only thing I wish was different is I wish that there was a little bit more light inside because it would get very dark, but I’m 49 🙂 and the service was great !!

Strap in because this is going to be LONG. This really seems like a place trying to cash in on the current popularity of k-pop music and the general intrest in Korean culture currently. I found the decor of the place a very confusing mash of things and this definitely is not somewhere to take someone if they are sensitive to flashing lights or sudden loud sounds (the tables literally have LOUD doorbells on them to the front counter). I understand a limted menu during a soft open but what is currently on the menu has no explanation as to what it is or how many items simply a whole or half order of things. Items that are “included” in the lunch specials are items that are already put down on the tables as soon at you sit down and overall while the chicken has a nice texture and okay flavor what we were given really seems like frozen chicken just tossed in the fryer. The fried rice is fine but an absolutely massive portion. The place really seemed like it was thrown together in a rush with taped up lights and exposed electrical box, my husband who is an electrician went to the restroom and came back to the table stating that the place isn’t up to code.

If you stick to the lunch specials for two people you’re looking at spending $23.50 before/without tip but that includes $2 for a Costco water bottle or can of pop

I personally wouldn’t come back to this place but yall can make your own choices because it seems like people who go in the evenings like it
