Just stopped by because im on my way to work. This is my second time going here. Both times my breakfast sandwiches were cold. I am sure they are pre making these biscuits. Its definitely a serious thing to worry about because the temperature of the food really matters. I won’t be back

This has to be the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. My husband and I went in and waited while the staff walked around behind the counter, laughing, talking, and ignoring us. The saw us standing there, never acknowledged us. Finally, one mumbles what we was our order, but turns and walks off. Apparently the computer/ register wasn’t on.
So she just stood there looking at us.
I asked, “ are you open”? To which who I assuming was the shift leader said, “Obviously “ it was anything but. I asked, if there was a problem. They just looked at us.
My husband said” lets go” we walked out to their laughter.
NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Unless they had some staff, who actually want to be there to serve custom

This is probably the best Hardee’s I’ve had in Virginia. The employees are wonderful and helpful they are fast and the food comes out nice is hot! the place is always clean at times they do get a bit busy so it’s a bit of a wait but in my experience they work fast and make sure the food is coming out fast and hot

This is the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to, and I will never return to this location. The young lady who took my order, wearing a bonnet, was very rude and unprofessional.
She went outside to take a phone call and smoke a cigarette, then came back without washing her hands before returning to work.
Her attitude and lack of basic hygiene were unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this location. Worst experience ever.

I can’t really rate the food. The last 2 times I went in the employees were arguing. Seems one is trying to get the other to do their job. Each time we’re 2 different employees. I walked out.

The chicken sandwiches and fries were warm and hot. The way I like it. Been here several times and it’s a few minutes at the drive-in window but worth the wait because like I said the food is fresh and the right temperature.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let’s put hot chili on top of old hot dogs old burgers that’s been sitting horrible this is why no one patrons to this location train your staff not to give old food and actually care about service

It was actually really good. Better than Wendy’s or McDonald’s 7 days a week. They used real angus beef for the burgers and real chicken etc. it was really good they deserve more business. See photos. The food is great quality especially for a “fast food” place

I enjoy Hardee’s hot dogs. Today, to my surprise, both hot dogs were served on a slice of bread rather than a roll. Toppings were falling off the end onto my shirt. The taste is just not the same. Hardee’s can so better than this.
