I wish i could give this place zero stars! This place used to be good but now its the worst ever! Don’t waste your money buying food here! It’s overpriced and the chicken is soo salty and dry! The sauce are really bad also. The white one tastes straight like mayonnaise and the green has no flavor tastes just like salt and green pepper and they charge you 50 cents per each additional. The yuca was also very dry and tasted like frozen yuca. The cashier is also very rude!. Never returning to this place. I wont be surprised when they go out of business. I always thought they marinated the chicken fresh at the spot! but no!!! i saw they took like 25 frozen ones from the freezer already marinated!!

Never disappoints! My #1 choice for flavorful Peruvian style chicken! French Fries A++ and the green and white sauces are always blended perfectly and never watery or runny! Deliciosa! Lots of people ordering family meals and families dine in. Price is right!

Food use to be good but the last couple of times I’ve went the chicken is always under cooked and I always have an upset stomach. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I’ve always loved it but I’m going to have to start trying other places.

This is not the same El Pollo Rico from when they 1st opened and reopened after the fire. The chicken is not fresh and juicy. It was luke warm and dry. The yuca was cold, hard and stringy. I used to go there 2 to 3 times a week when I lived in Woodbridge. I was back in the area and wanted to go to one of my favs in the area. I was very disappointed. That explains the empty parking lot at dinner time.

I come to this place a lot and I love the food. It’s always great. I have nothing against the food, but every time I come here, I always get the rudest customer service in the front. The person who takes orders is always on the phone. They never acknowledge anyone when people come in. I have to sit there in awkward silence and watch them stare down at their phones, And they only have chicken so it’s not like I have to sit there and think about what I want. I already know what I want when I get there. finally after like a minute they acknowledge me and then have a whole attitude as I’m trying to order food and Spend money at their establishment. As I’m trying to pay, I asked the cashier who’s in charge and he tells me he is and I tell him that is the rudest person, blah blah blah and I honestly don’t think he cares either. Good food, but beyond horrible customer service every time I go.

Towards the end of my brother’s meal, he found this cooked spider attached to the bottom of his chicken. We have been here a couple times now and we were confused as to what this was, and we took it out and realized what it was. We called and requested a refund but the lady just kind of laughed on the phone call and said that they do not do refunds if we have left the restaurant already, and that we need to bring the chicken over for them to examine it and to provide us with a new chicken. The entire chicken was mostly ate when we found this. The last thing we want is a new chicken from there after seeing this. This place was one of my fav chicken places but will not be coming back after this.

Unfortunately the quality of this place has gone downhill. The prices have gone up and somehow their portions have substantially gotten smaller. You can find better chicken elsewhere nearby with much bigger portions for the same price. Some of the workers are also rude.

I gave this place a visit 3 times. Every time I have went I have been very stomach sick and this time it has been for 2 days. Not sure what they are adding to their food as it might not be fresh or who knows.i will NOT be going again. Soon karma will catch up in whatever they are doing. Stay safe everyone
