Forced to give a star that was absolutely the worst experience at a food establishment… the cook was yelling at his staff including our waitress as she was literally taking our order! Then they told us we had to wait for an online order took priority to us and it would be quick.. we stupidly waited and 45 minutes later we walked out.. nobody checked on us and they were all standing around they could have at least made our waffles … negative stats!

First off I thought this was going to be the one that finally gets the 5 star review. Walked in just after 6 am. Nobody else around and the staff were ready to serve. In fact it looked as if they had just finished mopping as some chairs had blocked off part of the restaurant.
It’s WH, so I didn’t even need a menu. I quickly ordered and headed to the bathroom. Definitely an upgrade from what I was expecting. I was thinking this is the one…until I went to use the sink. It looked as if someone had shaved their public hair and just left it in the sink, pretty disgusting.
Anyway, was quickly served my food and the service was prompt and polite. No issues there. Although, considering the lack of customers and what had initially thought of them having finished cleaning was not the case. There was dirty rags on the floor in a couple of places and other noticeable items.
So all I’m all just on par and nothing above the rest. I’ll be back though and give it another chance.

Restaurant seemed cleaned from what I could see. Waitress didn’t tell the cook to add cheese to my eggs, nor held the weight on the bacon so the grease was everywhere. The cook’s beard hair was in my new eggs. They brought out each item separately even after I asked her to tell the cook to wait to bring it on a full plate (mind you, it was only 2 customers in the place.) oh and she forgot the chocolate chips on my waffle and instead of making it over she brought them over in a to-go container lol Im not expecting michelin star but can I get my correct meal? worst Waffle House experience hands down.

Waffle House is a go-to breakfast stop for us when traveling. Great location, and good food, but especially for great, fast service…until today.
Service was dreadfully poor. Our server was polite, but that’s all. It took way too long to pour a cup of coffee and hot water. I had to ask 3 times for waffles. I tried for 5 minutes to get her attention to bring our check. However, our server was plenty attentive to the cooks. Sadly, there didn’t seem to be a manager to correct the situation.
I’m sure we’ll come back to this location because it was convenient. I doubt Desirea will still be there. If she plans to stay in this business, she needs to learn to pay attention to her customers, or these bits of advice may be the only tips she ever gets.

I stop by this place ar least once a month or try to. It’s a pleasant atmosphere inside. Always clean and rhe service at this one is consistent. I normally get the same thing hash browns with scramble egg, toast and bacon and apsausage. The meal is consistent with whoever is doing the cooking. Might be a little difference but not enough to mention which is good can count on it being what a person is expecting. The service has been consistent. I’ve been to places it’s never been the same so if you want it to be the same this is the place to go

We almost didn’t go back but I’m glad we did.
They fully redeemed themselves this time.
It started with the greeting as we walked in and only got better as things went along. Showtime was one of the best servers we’ve seen in a long time anywhere we’ve eaten and Morris is a grill operator extraordinaire. They got our order right despite the fact that we had difficult special requests and are extremely exacting.
We will definitely be returning and probably sooner than later.
