I’ll be completely honest — the UVU location is hands down the best Wendy’s in Orem Out of all the spots in town, this one consistently stands out. They seem to pay more attention to detail and really care about getting orders right.
I’ve had multiple issues at the State Street location where my order was messed up, which can be pretty frustrating And the Center Street spot tends to be slow almost every time I go ⏳ But the UVU location? Totally different story. They’re quick, accurate, and the food is always fresh and hot
So far, I honestly haven’t been disappointed once. That kind of consistency is rare and definitely worth recognizing! If you’re craving Wendy’s in Orem, this is the location I’d recommend every time ✨

WARNING: WENDY’S NEAR UVU HAS NO RESPECT! STAFF IS TRASH!!
I am absolutely disgusted by what I just witnessed at the Wendy’s on University Parkway right by the UVU campus. I went in for a simple 4-for-4, but instead of service, I got a front-row seat to the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen in fast food.
The guy behind the register—some punk who looked like he’d rather be anywhere else—was straight-up DISSING THE KIRKNEM while taking orders! I couldn’t believe my ears. He was standing there by the Frosty machine, loud as can be, running his mouth and showing zero respect to the name. It wasn’t just a quiet comment; he was actively mocking the Kirknem to another coworker while customers were standing right there waiting for their Dave’s Singles.
When I called him out on it and told him to show some respect, he just rolled his eyes, gave me a sarcastic “Whatever,” and threw my receipt at me. Since when does a Wendy’s employee get to decide who they want to disrespect while on the clock? The vibe in there was completely toxic, and the staff clearly thinks they’re too cool to follow basic social standards or show any loyalty to the community.
DO NOT EAT HERE. If the staff is comfortable dissing the Kirknem out in the open, imagine what they’re doing to your food in the back. UVU students and locals deserve better than a cashier with a big mouth and zero manners. Take your business to a place that actually knows how to keep their mouth shut and do their job! TRASH SERVICE!

The cashier saw my AC/DC shirt, and said something like, “OH MY GOSH I LOVE THAT BAND! Well, they’re not like my *favorite* but they’re really good.”
He then proceeded to scream-sing in his best AC/DC impression, “YOU SHOOK ME ALLLLLL NIIIIIIIIGHT LOOOOOONG”
Give this man a raise.

Very uptight person. The woman with all of the piercings on her face was very uptight. I asked for a little chocolate drizzle on top and she said that’s extra and I said ok that’s fine and then she said that they don’t do that.
She’s obviously just a miserable person and wants to spread that energy onto others.

This wendys is just garbage, the doordash never works idk if its employee incompetence or lazy dashers but they need to stop being a doordash option. I’ve never gotten food successfully delivered from this awful location. 0/10 worst wendys in Utah.

I ordered a frosty and they served me a frozen frosty. In other words they empty their frosty mix from the machine into cups a few hours before closing, freeze them and serve them. I wanted a fresh soft serve frosty, not a frozen cup. It changes the flavor and texture. Not sure if corporate knows that they do this, but it’s false advertising. I asked the employee if they freeze them and she admitted that they do in the evenings.

My husband and I usually eat at this Wendy’s on UVU’s campus weekly. They always have excellent customer service. The food is always warm and tasty. Honesty is always so kind, helpful, and hustling to get things done right. She’s personable and welcoming to customers. I’ve also seen her happy to help customers in wheelchairs get their drinks. She’s the best! We highly recommend this Wendy’s!

This is one UVU campus. I had good service and food here. But they turned off the option to mobile order and they don’t accept Apple Pay or coupons. So for now it’s full price only which is fine. But I use the app for the deals so it’s a bummer for me. Won’t shop here until they turn mobile ordering on.

I have to be honest the UVU location is the best Wendy’s in orem. I feel like they do a better job then all of the others. The state street always messes up my order, and the center street location is always slow.
