As everyone knows I usually do really detailed reviews I definitely wanted to give a 5 or 4 but… I ate here twice BBQ sandwiches are great but I didn’t get enough barbecue sauce on either sandwich. The new cashier was very pleasant, and very helpful amazing customer service skills in the making keep striving and your going to go exactly where you would like to go. The wait wasn’t long but discounts to the right people give the right results. An old employee received her food cheaper and as pleased bit I definitely didn’t get enough sauce pics will be included. Great BBQ sandwic, and employee got 3 stars . Thanks for the great sandwiches and the first time the sandwich was free bit I would’ve paid to get it with more sauce. Sauce me please!!! Ever since I discovered their barbecued pork at an Old City Cemetery event, I have been a fan. Their sides, especially collards and mac n cheese, are great. The proportions are very generous that I can even share a meal, or keep it all for myself! I found everything, everytime to be consistently good. I rarely drink beer, but they had a local Three Roads beer, a lager High Bridge that hit the spot. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The chicken barbecue was really yummy! The barbecue sandwich was the best I’ve had in a long time in a restaurant. If you want great food and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be.

This is a family business. I ordered the nachos, it was delicious and could easily feed two people for just $8. Two types of hot cheese, shredded green onions, delicious, hot pulled pork, bbq sauce, and probably something else I’m forgetting. All the other menu items seemed very reasonably priced, and the one waitress was very polite and nice. Restrooms are also clean and well kept. Writing this literally makes me smell the bbq there again, so I’ll definitely be going back

This is by far one of the best eateries ever. The family ran business is amazing. Met the gentleman at the farmers market while visiting our daughter on a prior visit and this visit had to go into their restaurant. Met mom and pop sweet people. This is a place you have to experience! Get a smoked, pulled pork bbq sandwich, coleslaw (so scrumptious) my husband says there’s coleslaw and then there’s amazing coleslaw! 5+stars

I love little places like this! When you walk in their are nice people seemed like that were having a bad day, lots of choices. I told them this was our first time coming and they still didn’t help me decide so . I went with the ribs which didn’t taste or even look like BBQ Ribs. Now the Collards greens and Mac & Cheese was the bomb! Might have to try again.

Now they don’t have a birthday program but I didn’t know until I called. It was my birthday and I was testing how some businesses and personal did birthday programs. These people, and their place are what we call THAT SECRET WHOLE IN THE WALL. Beautiful people, much love for their customers. The place is easy accessible and seen, plus Super CLEAN. With self cleaning aids for their customers as well. Gave me a absolutely delicious BBQ SANDWICH. I see why they stay so busy now. Thank you Bistro.
