The food was good to be attached to a hotel. They did not have the short rib sandwich available when I tried to order so I settled for a buy and berry salad added salmon $26 total for a salad which is more than the sandwich I wanted. Was good just not what I actually wanted. Had dinner twice both nights we stayed at the hotel. Ordered the smash burger which really isn’t smashed it was a perfect patty. The chicken sandwich was perfect and delicious upgraded fries to truffle fries and they were over cooked. The cod fish fry was good perfectly battered. The beer cheese and chorizo was good chips warm. And the kids burger was just like the smash burger except one patty. Megan the bartender was great when I went down just for drinks very friendly watching her interact with customers by name!! She also did well trying to make my drink perfect.

First off, I want to say that once I entered the establishment, the staff was excellent—professional, friendly, and attentive. I mean, literally top-notch service from the moment I arrived. They definitely showed love and warmth as soon as I entered the door, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite this being a restaurant inside a hotel, it doesn’t feel that way once you step inside; it has the ambiance of a standalone fine dining spot. This is definitely a five-star restaurant, hands down. The food is truly amazing—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared—and the drinks are outstanding, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits that complement the menu perfectly. The customer service deserves 10 stars; the staff was attentive without being overbearing, making sure every need was met promptly. I will definitely be returning soon. One of the dishes my date and I ordered was the fish fry—perfectly seasoned with a crispy, golden exterior, and served with fresh sides. The meal was well-prepared, and the drinks perfectly paired. The menu offers a diverse array of options, from seafood to steaks, with creative appetizers and desserts that elevate the dining experience. Seriously, give this place a chance—you won’t be disappointed. One of the biggest reasons I loved it is because it’s very low-key and tucked away in a quiet part of town, making it feel exclusive yet cozy. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food and service. They truly deserve more recognition than they’re currently getting, so I encourage you to give them a try, spread the word, and show love. My first time coming and I must say it was welcoming… if you are looking for someone to entertain you, memorize your order (food & drinks) all while keeping the crowd please. Make sure you ask for Lemonn.. Oh hats off to the chef. I enjoyed my salmon w/your maple bourbon glaze.

Had a really good dinner. Server was excellent. Other staff encounters were very pleasant, upbeat individuals.
The reason for the 3 stars is because the atmosphere is a bit cold. Colorless surroundings, institutional feel, sterile. Some may like that, but I find it off-putting. In addition, though it was quite empty because of the reduction in business travel due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the restroom left MUCH to be desired in regard to cleanliness and supplies. How it could be that dirty and completely lacking in soap when there are SO few people is beyond my comprehension.
Anyway, the food was really good. One person in our group was asking about the soup ingredients, so the server brought her a sample. A pretty sizable one at that. She did end up ordering a bowl for her starter. Another person ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken in a bourbon glaze. Oh did THAT look good, and it was praised by the consumer.
I had the Cubano sandwich with the mashed potatoes, and I also added a side of baked beans. Delicious. Could not taste the honey mustard so I am not sure if it was forgotten, or if was just that minimally added. It was still excellent. The potatoes were just the right amount of garlicky with that hand-made feel by not being whipped completely smooth. The bake beans were a wonderfully smoky, BBQ flavor. I ate just 1/2 of everything and have a wonderful lunch for today as a result.

-Guys fix your phones.. had to call the hotel desk to be transferred, the Waterlin restaurants phone number doesn’t ring just “this call cannot be completed as the number is busy, call later”
DoorDash also says you’re closed, and there’s no option for putting in online orders.
Would definitely help fixing the phone first! Will be back

Food is great when you can get it. Site and Google listing has inaccurate hours. If you call the number on google its disconnected, half the time they aren’t serving the actual menu, staff has no clue or explanation for what’s available when. I would avoid. Also love the response telling me to call the number to discuss my issues? The phone number is disconnected you joke.

The four of us went on a Saturday evening around 5:30. No one else was really the restaurant area. We were greeted promptly. The appetizer we had was hot and delicious (bacon wrapped water chestnuts). Ashley, our server, was perfectly attentive and friendly. The bartender, Brady, was super friendly. The food we ordered was delicious. The Salmon was done perfectly, the maple glazed chicken was excellent. The other entrée was also delicious. The overall dining experience was very satisfying. I’m glad we ate dinner there.
