I was driving through the area, was going to stop at McDonald’s, but noticed this establishment. It was about 9p.m. during the week. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean, and esthetically pleasing. I didn’t have to wait to be seated bc of the day & time I was here but I can imagine it gets a lot of business. Menu was basic which I can appreciate when it comes to making a decision on my meal. I chose the salad & added salmon. I was even asked how did I want my salmon cooked. House dressing paired deliciously with the salad. It was very filling and I’m happy that I ordered it. Service was impeccable. Ray was an awesome server. I appreciated when I had a few different requests and I apologized he said, “It’s ok it’s my job.” Kali was very pleasant and checked in to make sure all was well. They do have a bar connected to the restaurant & perhaps when I’m back in the area I’ll try it out.
I would give a 5☆+++ if Google had that option.
Definitely check it out.

I had the pleasure of eating a nice lunch here last week. This place is a hidden gem. They brew some of the best beer in the Carolinas here on site. Dakota was my server and he was very friendly and efficient and really contributed to a great experience. I was looking for a healthy option on the menu and I got the Harissa Salmon Bowl and it was great! It’s hard to find fresh and made from scratch food like that at a Brewery and the dish was absolutely amazing! My compliments to the Chef and Brewer as well! I would ansi recommend this spot!

Stopped here for a quick meal. Clean and spacious dining area. Great service. They have a very nice outdoor dining area where they also have live music acts. The beer is tasty, too! Their XXX hot wings are not very spicy at all, but they were still very good. The tacos are really good. The burrito bowl is very good, too.

While in the neighborhood, we went to the Pittsboro location.
We placed a burger and some chips order. It was cooked to perfection, and every flavor was perfect.
The bun was warm and incredibly soft. It’s always good to get fresh cut fries as well.
Excellent cuisine and a wonderful ambiance. They also offer sitting outside.
An excellent experience all around.

Came here on the way back home from the Army UNC lacrosse game and had a fantastic late lunch early dinner with great service and absolutely wonderful food. Loved the cheeseburger eggrolls and fresh guacamole. Wings were tasty. The salmon and roasted vegetables were on point. The carne asada quesadilla and tacos are beyond compare! The fish and chips were good. The kids absolutely devoured the peanut butter brownie dessert thing. I wasn’t overly crazy about the chocolate torte, but their cheesecake compares to our homemade with fresh strawberry sauce. What a treat! And our server was absolutely attentive and wonderful. Wish this were closer to home because it would definitely be one of our regulars.

On Monday evening, November 3rd, our group of four visited the restaurant for dinner. When we arrived, it was fairly busy, and we overheard the hostess letting the couple in front of us know there would be about a 20-minute wait. Not wanting to wait that long, we decided to leave.
However, just moments after we stepped outside, the hostess came out to let us know she could seat us right away in a different section as the couple ahead of us requested a specific seating area that was currently occupied. We were very impressed that she took the initiative to come outside and make that extra effort — it truly showed great customer service. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile, was very friendly, professional, had a great attitude the entire time, and seemed to know her job well. The manager knew what he/she was doing when hiring her!
The rest of the staff were also pleasant, and our food was delicious. We noticed that the couple ahead of us was seated shortly after, so everything worked out perfectly for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful attention from the hostess.

This place is spectacular! I really enjoyed the rustic industrial look inside. I had a chance to speak to the owner and they try their best to show the customers everything being prepared. This also applied to the brewery being visible to the public! The wait staff was superb, very friendly and checked on us often. The burger I got here was one of the best burgers I have ever had! I ordered the one with pimento cheese! All in all this place is definitely worthy of checking out!!

Ordered two chicken burrito bowls with black beans and rice…got delivered these sloppy, very poorly packaged, sorry excuses for food…with chips instead of my beans and rice…last strike for me Carolina Brewery…will NEVER be a customer again.
**Update 8/11/25…I gave benefit of the doubt, but standards have really fallen here!! Potato chip nachos used to be one of the “few” things we could still safely order here, but even those are very lacking from what they used to be. Half of chips burnt, queso is coagulated mush and only cheese on half of the dish. Management has yet to respond or care about my multiple negative experiences, I’m boycotting this place for good now.

I had an excellent lunch! The local Lily Den organic Burger, perfectly cooked medium well, with pickle tomato cheese and dressing on a yummy bun. Even had the mix veg as a side and that was perfectly cooked too. Kudos to the chef! I would order that again! I had the Lilly den local burger again with the fresh mixed vegetables. Perfectly cooked, still crunchy! Yep that’s on my list as a favorite meal!
