First time eating and it was really tasty. I got the bbq mix and the chicken was the best. Flavor was great. The beef was good and the short ribs were alright. Lots of fat on em though. Definitely going back.

My son and I ordered the Shrimp-Fried Rice and the Chicken-Pork meals. It was very tasty and the portions were LARGE!
The server was friendly, dining room clean and the sauces were very good.

Big disappointment: 1) The macaroni salad was bland and lacking flavor 2) The shredded pork was very greasy 3) The Hawaiian bbq chicken, which I ordered based on their website pictures was bland, dry, and kinda disgusting. The service staff however was very friendly and great.

My boyfriend and I ordered for pickup. Ordering was easy, and pickup was fast and pleasant. It was well priced and the food we got had good flavor. I got BBQ Beef and Fire Chicken, it came with rice and salad. My beef was really chewy but tasted ok. My fire chicken wasn’t very spicy but yasted really good. My boyfriend got the battered island white fish and the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. Both were great. The fish was especially great with lots of the lemon that came with it squeezed on it.

So much food in the 2 meat plate. The chicken teriyaki is really good and I’m picky about teriyaki sauce. It’s not too sweet. The pork tasted great. I opted out the macaroni salad for just a green salad. Needless to say, they don’t skimp on the food and it tastes great.

This place I feel has a more authentic feel than other Hawaiian food chains. Their food is fresh made to order, not sitting under or on waming plates/lights-at some points the crispy chicken wasn’t covered in any sort of way, which opens up the idea of flies on the food.

I love their katsu chicken. Service here great. They’re always polite and nice and I’ve never had a wrong order. I’ve been going here too much, almost once a week.

Edit: I’m taking a star off due to the handling of online order pickup. It’s practically nonexistent. We placed our order online with a 30 minute window and arrived at the time the website told us our order would be ready. We called when we got there and asked how to pick it up. They told us to go through the drive-thru. We had to wait behind 3 cars (15 minute wait) before we could tell them we were only doing a pickup. They THEN told us it wasn’t ready and to go park on the side of the building. We waited another 15 minutes. We finally got our food 30 minutes past our pickup time and an hour since placing the order. I don’t think they started cooking the food until we told them we were there through the drive-thru speaker. Kinda defeats the point of ordering ahead. 🙁

I try something new every time I go and everything has been so tasty! The food is made to order, so you may wait a few minutes, but its worth it! I’ve yet to have anything that wasn’t juicy and well-cooked. The rice is always cooked perfectly as well.
Some of the best teriyaki sauce I’ve had in a long time, and the katsu sauce is tasty too.
I usually hate takeout/deli macaroni salad, but not here! It’s not overly heavy with mayo, which I appreciate and it’s well seasoned.
Love the spam musubi! It always comes out hot and freshly wrapped in nori.
