The cashier was really sweet and made great conversation, it was my first time at Smoothie King and she made my decision very easy and had good recommendations! As well as the person who handed me my Smoothie, very sweet! I love the little “You Matter :)” note on the cup too! Overall love this and can’t wait to come again sometime soon! The drink was the perfect amount of sweet and was fully fresh with a yummy creamy texture!

Manager in there is SO sweet. I spilled my smoothie getting it out of the to-go fridge and she offered to remake it 3 different times. And then she wouldn’t let me clean it up. So nice! Highly recommend!

Every encounter I’ve had with this smoothie king has been horrible! The managers are rude as hell! They have teens joking around. One girl couldn’t even take my order properly because she was too busy laughing and joking around. The ones over the intercom are too busy trying to rush you off without you completing your order, want to catch an attitude every time you tell them something. I will be contacting the district manager

9 times out of 10 the smoothies are great but 9 times out of 10 the employees are not very nice or make me uncomfortable. today the girl at the window called me ‘honey’ five times and I’m pretty sure I’m older than her it was very cringe but I guess it’s better than the man who said ‘what do you want’ and ‘i don’t know what you’re talking about about’ when I was being polite. there’s prob two or three ppl that work here that are always nice seem to know what they’re doing
