For a under staffed location the waiter was able to wait all the tables in the restaurant. The fajita fundida was a 9/10.

Delicious food and fast service. They have different items on their menu that some Mexican restaurants don’t have. Everything I’ve had here has been good.
The Siete Mares soup was huge!
The Cancun Shrimp Cocktail was big and good.
But I will say a friend of mine had an allergic reaction both times she came here. Rash on her neck and chest. She still has no idea what caused it because she ordered different foods either time.

I use to love their tacos but lately the steak has been dry and over cooked. I ordered through DoorDash food was cold, dry and over cooked. I ordered a slice of Flan but did not receive. And DD had the nerve to deny my missing food complaint and refused to give me a refund. I paid for Flan. I’m getting ready to give them a call. The older lady and gentleman cooked food perfectly. The young man they have cooking now doesn’t care.

Loyal customer here, who frequence all Guitarras restaurants. So for clarify, this restaurant is an Express-style concept — designed for quick, casual dining rather than full-service ambiance with mood lighting. If your looking for that atmosphere the one on Tom Hill is the place!
BUT, also.. let me say, I feel its beneficial for people to understand a restaurants concept before giving a negative reviews and that said, as the saying goes, opinions are like ash-holes, everyone’s got one!
But honestly… the reviews speak for themselves and for myself and our whole family, it’s the only Mexican restaurant we frequent! Love love love!

Excellent service, tasty Mexican food! Guitarras burritos were packed with meat and cheese dip was great. Chicken chorizo quesadilla was large and wonderful. Daughter loved the guacamole and cheese rice. Salsa had some kick.

Not a great Mexican restaurant. I’ve been to so many that were better. It is super bright and looks like a bare bones fast food restaurant. The food is small portion and bland tasting. For the high price it is very sub par. You would be better off going to taco bell and pay less amd get much more flavor. Disappointed and will not be going back. Service was just okay. The waitress messed up the order and didn’t make any attempt to remake the food or adjust the bill.

We have been regulars here since the night of the soft opening. The food is usually great. The birria tacos (not on the mini) and fish tacos are favorites. The fajitas are also standouts. Service has become only so-so. A server or two are very responsive but most are not. We have been getting our order and never seeing our server again until they have the bill. No follow up to see how things are. Drink refills are rarely offered (not good for profits). We literally had to go to the hostess station to get extra napkins and ask for hot sauce. It was not very busy early on a Friday night. We may need to go elsewhere.

The food here was definitely lack luster but if you don’t know the difference between authentic Mexican food, it would be fine. The place was pretty packed, a few things I wanted were sold out. I made adequate substitutions. I wanted the Texas fajita meal but at this restaurant this did not come with guacamole or sour cream. Quite strange for me so I got a similar meal but removed the spicy sauce which left my steak quite bland( the server did warn me). I was stand offish about trying this place out. We tried it, no longer curious. I won’t be back. The servers were very nice but this place was unimpressive for me.
