Brooke was super nice! She took our order (I wanted to use cash, so I had to order at the counter) refreshing to have a smiling face and an upbeat attitude, which was definitely not shown on her coworkers face. Restaurant was clean, and had plenty of seating.

This is probably the best McDonalds in Green Bay by far. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Polar opposite of the other experience. Would recommend this McDons.

Food is always cold and the last couple times we went there was bugs all up in the ketchup and soda spouts. When I mentioned it to the workers all they could say was they was trying to get a hold of it and one of the workers snapped on me and told me they can’t spray them of course or use any chemicals. We won’t be back. I wasn’t complaining but just letting them know cause it’s very gross when you are filling ketchup and there are dead fruit flies in it and more flying all around the ketchup and soda nozzles.Also when you eat inside there are little tiny bugs and flys flying all over and landing on your food. They need to get a exterminator in there and get rid of the bugs cause it’s very unsanitary

Drive thru cashier was very nice. Things changed when I got to pickup window when young man was picking his nose and filling drink and didn’t wash his hands. Very disgusting.
