Tonight was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at this location.
We placed our order and then sat there watching three separate groups who ordered after us get their food. On top of that, five more customers walked in after us and were served before we were. Meanwhile, I counted at least 10 cars fly through the drive-through and leave with their orders. My kids and I were left sitting there for over 30 minutes from 6:22 to 6:55 just waiting.
Not once did anyone come over to apologize. Not once did anyone offer an explanation. No refund. No effort to make it right. I stood at the counter multiple times trying to get some kind of update, and still nothing. And honestly, not even a small gesture like offering a free cinnamon twist for the inconvenience.
I actually worked at this location 15 years ago, and the manager back then ran a tight ship. She was respectful, organized, and made sure both the drive-through and dining room were handled efficiently and dining room customers were always treated as a priority. What I saw tonight was the complete opposite.
This location seriously needs to step it up. The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable.

I’ve always loved a good taco, and Taco Bell never disappoints. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite after work or just craving something late at night, it always hits the spot. The tacos are fresh, flavorful, and packed just right — that perfect mix of seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, and shredded cheese wrapped in a crunchy shell.
What I really appreciate is the consistency. No matter which location I go to, I know exactly what I’m getting. The menu has a great variety too, from classic crunchy tacos to burritos and specialty items, so there’s always something different to try. And you really can’t beat the value for the price.
Fast service, good food, and that classic taco taste I keep coming back for. If you love tacos like I do, Taco Bell is always a solid choice.

The restaurant had an upscale atmosphere with modern updates.
During our visit, we ordered 6 of the $5 boxes. There were no actual boxes available. There were also no cup lids available for our drink cups. The food was delicious and took about 15 minutes to recieve during our dine-in visit.

The taco bell at 2122 praire center drive has terrible tacos. The simplest thing to make. They came with hardly any meat and the crunchy shells were all busted up and one was super soggy from grease. I won’t eat there again.

Walked into taco bell with my friends hoping to get some lunch just to be treated horribly by the staff and then continuing to get dirty looks and got my order wrong. Horrible service ruined taco bell for me.

My only problem with this Taco Bell is that they put the Mexican pizzas at the bottom of 30 pounds of burritos and they all get squished. Also they like to fold your crunch wrap like a burrito why? Is it really that hard to work at Taco Bell? The following photos are of my squished pizzas and all the things they put on top of my pizza. Is it really that hard?

After working a long shift, I was looking forward to getting taco bell because they’re always one of the only things open here in brighton this late. I had checked the hours on google and it said opened until 1 am (this was at 12:17 am), we pulled up to the drive through at 12:28 am and the automated speaker said it was closed. Pulled up to the window and the hours were also listed as opened until 1 am, and the employees were still clearly inside. This is not the first time this has happened at this location unfortunately. Now I’m off to the Bridge location because they’re always open the hours as listed! Just sucks because they’re more out of the way for me, but can no longer trust the Prairie Center location.

I know my way around Taco Bells in the region and this one by far is the best. I ordered through the tablet kiosk in the dining/waiting area of the restaurant. It looks like there was only 2 people working and man, were they effective! My order was in my hands faster than all other Taco Bells in Brighton, Commerce City, and Belle Creek/Henderson. Did I mention the back was run with 2 people!!
Friendly!! Are those 2 people as well! I’m happy to have found this Taco Bell and I’ll frequent it as long as those wonderful 2 people work there.

I’ve learned not to expect much from Taco Bell, or most fast food places in general. But this is my favorite. Food is always good and staff is very friendly
