Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. My order arrived with no seal, missing items, and missing condiments. This is not only careless, it’s a food safety concern. Orders are delivered in a way that makes them easy to tamper with, which is completely unacceptable. I don’t feel safe eating food that hasn’t been properly sealed or protected during transit. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will not be ordering from this location again until they take food safety and quality control seriously.

If there was an option to post zero star for service it would be more appropriate. We pulled up to pick up an online order at 10pm, after waiting 20 min for our order, while watching the employee play on his phone the entire time….we then moved to a stall and hit the button saying we had a pick up order and Was told “you have to pick up at window” (there’s a reason for the 30 car slots.) It’s sonic for goodness sake. We go back in line and when we get to the window was told they wouldn’t give us food if we weren’t patient. We asked for managers name and the 40year old man replied he was the manager and refused to give us his name. He refused us our order after that. Then demanded we leave the property! We will never return and food luck finding a staff that can properly run this place. It’s been a mess for several years. Consider paying your employees more to get better quality workers in this establishment.

We went through the drive-thru mid-afternoon and did not have any serious issues. Like so many places these days that are too lazy to read your order back to you, I had them repeat it when I arrived at the window before paying. The order was correct and we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. The food was tasty, although my double cheeseburger looked nothing like the picture on the menu.

We explained that our frustration is the outrageous amount of wait times we deal with anytime we visit this location, they lack staff & it can not properly be ran when only 2 people are working. He refused us our order after that. Then demanded we leave the property. It was appalling. We will never return and we wish you good luck finding a staff that can properly run this place. It’s been a mess for several years. Consider paying your employees more to get better quality workers in this establishment. A formal complaint was filed for the “general managers” behavior. You would think someone getting paid 58k a YEAR wouldn’t be acting like a child aswell as throwing fits like a crybaby at work.

I recently ordered two Reece’s peanut butter cup sonic blasts, on two different occasions. Each time the Reece’s cup pieces were Only sprinkled on the top! It wasn’t even blended into the ice-cream. Just a cup full of vanilla ice cream. What kind of sonic blast are these?!? I’ll spend my money on Culver’s and Andy’s concrete’s from now on. What a waste of money….

For one the stall is broken at stall 6. For my actual review so I ordered a medium peanut butter shake and a medium mozzarella stick both were delicious and amazing. My shake had no cherry and then my order was 12.13 and I gave my carhop a 20 dollar bill and he came back with 6.87 instead of 7.87 he shorted me a dollar in change. Again great food and shake but some minor things that happened.

We bought 2 bacon brioche sandwiches and an egg for our dog. Our sandwiches had about ¼ of the egg that came out for the dog. The egg on the sandwich looked like it had been painted on the griddle. No substance or moisture whatsoever. When you pay over $12 for 2 sandwiches and an egg, you expect to have a full egg on your sandwich. The picture of the sandwich on their app looks like the sandwich is mostly egg..totally bogus and a ripoff!! Do better!!

Took a buddy so he could get drinks for his family, while ordering I decided to also purchase 3 drinks a happy meal and 2 burgers. The wait was outrageous they bring out his order and take my money, wait 5 min..6..7..8.. I hit the button and ask and they say sorry it’ll be out shortly they’re one other vehicle besides me they finally bring me my change just gave me my cash didn’t bother giving me the rest of my change oh well it’s a couple cents I drive away take a drink and it’s awful. We had to have them refund all our drinks after she admittedly said I know something is wrong with our machine and continues to sell messed up drinks. I get my refund on drinks. Drive away realize my child won’t eat her happy meal well the tatir tots are like they have been dipped in jalapeño juice and her chicken strips where burnt to a crisp so I call because I live three towns away and they will not answer or anything. My child is 2! And has managed to get jalapeño tater tots in her eye in my back seat and they don’t even make that such thing!!!

Very slow. The place was empty. I waited for over 10 minutes. When the burger arrived, it was cold, and the fries were cold. They didn’t put napkins or ketchup in the bag. I’ve been to other Sonic restaurants, and the service is much better.

Slowest Sonic ever. We had an app order and had been waiting for over 20 minutes. The estimated time was only about 5 minutes after we arrived. Had to go up to the door and knock to recieve the food. it came out within less than a minute of grabbing the attention of a young employee. The food and drink had been assembled and ready, but never taken out to the numerous vehicles waiting until complained. But the food and drinks were low quality and were not as good as usual, supposing they had plenty of time to make it. I do not recommend this Sonic location, the wait is too long and the employees are very unprofessional, leaving a young teenager to take all the heat instead of helping.
