Still the best fast food burger on the market imo but something isn’t the same. 2 employees? Completely dead at lunch time? $24.00 for a cheeseburger, large soda and a shake. The $12.00 burger was actually worth it. The small shake for over $6.00 certainly was not. When I got over to the fountain machine with my $3.00+ large cup, the ice tea was empty and the first machine didn’t work at all. It’s not just this location like this either. The chain seems to be fading.

Great food and friendly employees. Unfortunately there wasn’t any ice in either machine and many soda flavors were empty. Two employees attempted to fill them but had a lot of trouble. They were kind enough to give us a bottle of coke because they couldn’t get the machine working and our to go order was getting cold.

I bought the bacon cheese dog, which I found to be quite good. The fries just like at any other Five Guys location were extremely delicious. The fries were the best part of my lunch. Since it’s close to my workplace, I’ll be coming back when I am craving some delicious fries. The service was friendly.

Five Guys make a good simple burger. The server was reasonably friendly and the process is intuitive. I always ask for no toppings then add my own ketchup and mustard otherwise you get too much. Their fries are great and are made on site from potatoes. The bathrooms are clean and accessible.

unacceptable behavior. I was denied a DoorDash pickup at Five Guys simply because I used the washroom. The denial came directly from the manager, who loudly said “I am the boss” as if that excuses rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of doing his job, he chose to power-trip and disrespect a working delivery driver. A manager who hides behind “I’m the boss” while abusing drivers clearly lacks basic leadership and customer service skills. This place needs serious management training

Quick and easy. No line a bit after lunch hour. Friendly staff, made my food to order. The burger was decent, but the Cajun fries are where it’s at. Had a cool soda dispenser with a ton of different brands and flavors.

You’re better off just driving to the next closest Five Guys. I was watching people that ordered well after me walk out with their burgers when I approached the guys making them. The guy called “33” and I showed him my ticket which had my name on it. He said they would call my name, but this was 24 minutes after I ordered and earlier I was told they were just waiting for the fires. After 30 minutes I asked again and they said that the ticket didn’t print, but that they would start it right away. I asked for my money back which they did give including the one dollar tip. (why I give a tip before the service is starting to bug me, tips should be earned) In total I waited 31 minutes for nothing. Complete incompetence!

I haven’t been to five guys at 10,000 years and I thought I’m going to get some Cajun fries but I don’t have a lot of time to eat so I’m going to get a small and let me tell you. I paid like almost $7 for this. And no, there were no extra fries in the bag.
