I waited 45 minutes because they said my card did not have money in the account, even though the same thing happened to other people next to me. I double checked with my bank and used the same card on my phone and it worked immediately.
I do not think this is the way to treat customers. The situation could have been handled differently or at least customers could be treated better when they are trying to support your business repeatedly.
As a manager myself, we always try to work something out with the customer because we want them to come back. I do not see the point in arguing with them, especially since this was already our second time giving this place another chance. We came back because the food is good, but service also matters.
Telling a customer “then do not come back” is not professional. A good restaurant should have professionalism, good customer service, and quality.
Maybe you do not care based on other reviews, but at least this will help others know what to expect before coming here and having a bad experience.

Food was good. It would be nice if they had better descriptions of the food. The chachapa was on the sweet side and the pepitos was full of meat and flavors. I do feel as though it is a bit overpriced, it was $50 for 3 things and one of them was an empanada.

First time eating Venezuelan food & it did not disappoint. The restaurant is very small and very busy. If you bring a large party like we did (11 people) you will definitely have a longer wait, but the food is definitely worth the wait! Will definitely be back, if you are looking for what the food looks like, check out the restaurant’s instagram!

This was an amazing meal the empanada was huge, I only got the cheese empanadas and they did not disappoint, made to order, this thing was literally stuffed with cheese, of you like cheese you’re gonna love these they came out super hot and cam with with two, what tasted like avocado ranch sauces, it was so big I could only eat one, the place is tucked right in the corner of a mini mall and was packed (its a Friday) fantastic food, make sure you give them a try

Good option for different breakfast. Very Venezuelan. Had never had this before. Server was very kind. Serving took a little longer than expected but then again all dishes are made when ordered. I wish they had some shades on the big window. In the morning, the sun was brutal.

This place is legit. My husband and I got arepas and cachapas and all of it was excellent. It’s an hour from my house but I will make the trip gladly to go back.

I ordered delivery twice! It is SO good! Everyone complains about the price this and the price that. When you go out to eat prepare to spend money. I will spend my money on this authentic delish food. The empanadas has a flavor profile that hits home to my island of puerto rico. One day I will step into the restaurant to get a feel of the customer service they provide. Until then, “Thank you for my husbands and I delicious dinner tonight!”

Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures but I can recommend this place 100% the food was as good as we expected. The only suggestion that I have is with the hamburger is kind of difficult to eat because is to much (I mean to much delicious filling) so maybe trying to present it on a better way, my favorite is the cachapa so cheese. The juices are actually juice (not water with flavor)
