Please check your order at the counter before leaving the store. Tour Le Jour at H Mart, Paramus gave us an incomplete order. Our mistake was not checking immediately. When we tried calling the phone number printed on the receipt, it did not work.
We are regular customers, and while it was “only” one double stuffed macaron, that does not excuse the lack of professionalism. Errors happen, but providing a non-working contact number and leaving customers with no way to resolve the issue shows poor management and disregard for customers. Experiences like this make it easy to take our business elsewhere.

Wing Hatch
This Tous les Jours is located inside Hmart, right next to the checkout counters. The store isn’t very large but offers enough to meet basic needs. I visited around 6 PM on Saturday, there weren’t many options left to choose from by that time. They’re currently running a promotion where spending $25 gets you a free 2025 calendar. They also have a “buy three, get one free” deal on select bakery items.

Customer service has changed a lot, especially the quality of the breads since the management changed. The loaf of bread was rough just after 1 day. I just thought the breads I chose were old but the quality is consistently not as good as the previous management.
