What I really like about PANDA EXPRESS is even when it doesn’t look so fresh you can easily ask “can you please make me some orange chicken fresh”?….
They don’t make no faces, they don’t smack their lips, or give any attitude, They just do it and I greatly appreciate that show CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS

We’ve given this Panda Express location multiple chances, but the problems keep happening. On our last visit, there were no other customers, yet almost every table was dirty with trash and leftover food. The only clean spot was a small table, while two employees sat in booths eating and on their phones.

This isn’t a one-time issue. On previous visits, the restaurant was busy but still had the same problems: poor customer service, difficulty getting waited on, food items running out, and dirty tables. It’s frustrating because we enjoy Panda Express, but this location doesn’t reflect the quality we expect. LAZY ENTITLED EMPLOYEES!

I have been getting Panda since I was a kid and have always loved it! But today there was one problem after another. My Husband drove to pick up my order because im recovering from a c-section at the hospital. With my order I had redeemed rewards and even made a special not about it. I never received the item. Instead they took off an appetizer rangoon. They were soggy soggy. I asked for 3 different sauces and extra of all of them. I got 4 of a sauce I didn’t even order. The food wasn’t even luke warm, almost as if there heating lamps don’t work or the food had been sitting out. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened which means the urns of tea weren’t made properly. My husband said the store was a mess and the crew were hateful. We both work in the service industry and understand things happen but come on…our experience today was a turn off and we will not be returning to this location.

I walked in and nobody greeted me. Three other white ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted after me. I waited a couple of minutes and then finally was asked politely what I wanted. The manager was apart of the line and grabbed my eggrolls and drink. When he grabbed my 2 egg rolls he immediately put 6 down. Mine weren’t fresh. I paid for my food and left. When I got to the car my mom took a bite and it was cold. You could feel how cold it was through the paper bag the egg rolls were put in. My assumption he knew but didn’t care. Just like he didn’t care to greet me when I walked in. And no it wasn’t busy when I walked in and no there wasn’t a line. Historically he has always been rude as I’ve learned. I’m not from here and only come to this one occasionally because of how rude I heard staff is. Now I got to witness it first hand. DURING BHM is crazy. But what’s even more astonishing is the fact the egg rolls were cold to touch. My question now is, how often is the food being refreshed? Serving food that’s been sitting out to the point it’s cold it’s a public health issue. How often is food just served cold to patrons. Specifically black patrons. As a employee of the public health community i feel like I’m obligated to notifying your local health department of this issue and will be doing so.

They welcomed us when we walked in. They weee not too busy. The food looks fresh and very appealing.

My Hubby got a bowl with the Kung Po chicken , half and half with a side of Beijing beef. Cupcake got the cub meal with honey sesame chicken breast. I got a bowl with noodles and honey sesame chicken breast. We got some spring rolls as well.

We were checked out and the prices were reasonable. We will be back.

Rude service not to mention i pay extra for rangoon and the black pepper steak just to get home see a rangoon with nothing in it and one piece of steak the rest is just mushrooms. Make sure to check your plate before you leave.

Pandas orange chicken is the best I’ve had anywhere so far! Also, basically, everything there is also delicious. What can I say? The only reason I can’t leave a 5 star is not because of quality, It’s because of quantity for the price.

We ordered ragoons and didnt get them and also the rice was hard. My teriyaki chicken didnt have any sauce. I was happy with the service they were very nice and the cashier did something really nice for us. Just wish we got our food and better rice.

This Panda Express has the rudest staff ever. We ordered food directly from the app and only half of the order was delivered and what was delivered was stone cold. We spoke to multiple staff, many could not speak any English. The staff person who could, just started working and refused to remake our order, even when we offered to drive over and pick it up. They refused to resend it, or provide a refund. They said we had to call tomorrow to speak with a manager, whose name they refused to provide. None of the staff would provide their names and whispered amongst each other and they decided to hang up on me. So my boyfriend and I went without any resolution whatsoever to our food delivery issue and food quality issues. This franchise location should be closed, especially since they only have kids working and no manager on duty.

What kind of customer/line service are you running? Do customers need to physically open their online orders to make sure they’re accurate? Ordered a full plate with appetizer and get a half empty box of rice. And only 2 out of 3 rangoons. Train your people better. Unacceptable
