This was wonderful. The staff was friendly and patient, checked in on our table and asked if we wanted anything else/refills. The food was splendid, the drinks were delicious, the beer was good and popcorn was crunchy. Definitely worth coming back!

Food was not bad at all, started with guacamole bites which were delicious and also had the cauliflower wings which were also good. Ordered some drinks and it didn’t seem like the bartender knew how to make double shots drinks cause all of them tasted like single shots. Had to wave them down every time for food or drinks, didn’t check on us once even though we were at the bar. Food was great, service was horrible.

For starters the complimentary pop corn is something kinda neat that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The service was very good and my brisket sandwich was delicious. I also tried their signature cocktail “Miami Hurricane” which was a 10/10. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be coming back.

Although Ive had a bad experience the last 2 times Ive been to this exact location I gave it one more go today and was so highly disappointed. Service was super slow even though it wasnt busy. Waited awhile before being Greeted and seated and then waited awhile again for service. Food didnt come out right had to send it back to be cooked right. Waited on refills and to pay our check. It was so bad this time I WILL NEVER give Rookies In Roselle another chance again. So disgusted from beginning to end. This is the first time I have never tipped a server which says a lot since Ive worked in the industry for over 20 years. Rookies In St Charles Is By Far The Very Best Rookies To Go To! Roselle location will never get my business again.

Used to love coming here because their wings were awesome. It is very apparent they are trying to save money and the wings are much smaller now. They are over salting everything as well. They charge for credit card fees, we understand inflation and rising costs but to bring down the quality significantly and to get rid of deals is not the best business move. Please bring back the quality.

I love this place with my whole entire heart but they got rid of the Mac and cheese bites. Please bring them back, this is unacceptable and I will be contacting every higher up that I can until they bring this back.
