Walked in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I was the only person in the store. The didn’t seem to care that I waited for that amount of time. It is sad that fast food isn’t fast food anymore and customer service doesn’t exist anymore

Walked in no one in kitchen or at the front, had to wait 5 mins for someone to greet me. Waited even long for my order.

Was really craving a chicken sandwich and stopped by Arby’s to give it a try. Drive thru service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was more than I expected. The portion of the salad in the sandwich was very good for the price. The bread they use was soft and perfect for the salad. I would like for the celery to be chopped in smaller pieces because they were kind of big bites. Other than that, I would definitely buy my pecan chicken sandwich from here again.

We love coming here!! Everyone is so friendly! The store is always clean, stocked, and they food is fresh. Karen is an amazing manager, and is always checking to make sure we have what we need and the food is good. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but they make you feel like family. Had to try the boneless wings(nuggets). Tried both flavors. Not bad. Plenty saucy which was nice. Probably what I will get when we have to go here to get my kid roast beefs.
Next visit.omg. waited forever for my sandwich. The Diablo dare. Got home and the chicken was raw. Disgusting. Should have known cuz the dude was laughing when he handed me the bag. 11/12/22 at 11pm. Whatever.

Decided to give them a shot when a coworker and I needed a filling quick meal. They were running a special 4 beef for $10. Decided to added large fries and two cups of cheddar on the side. We were starving. The service was pleasant at the window but as odd as it sounds the food was prepared and given to me way too quickly. Figured once I got back, we would be eating food that had been made up to 30-1hour prior sitting under a heating lamp. Way too fast of service for FRESH. It was way worse than I had imagined by the time I got our food back. Every item was COLD! And look at the amount of cheddar cheese they are pushing on people. Take a good look. Each cup with this amount (about 1/4 the cup was (.60) each! In this blue economy – that’s not going to fly. Won’t be back. First and last chance.

I normally love arbys but the attitudes of the workers has just gone down hill. I understand that the pandemic really took a toll on them and that’s completely fine I can easily get over that. But I would like to have my order look at least similar to the advertised menu picture. I definitely didn’t ask for a side of cheese on this sandwich.this is what it looked like when I opened it.

Normally this location has good service with very few issues, but today was totally different. They completely messed up my order. Left out a whole sandwich, messed up the one they did put in there. Only right thing were potato cakes. Not the end of the world, it happens. But when I called them to talk to them about it they NEVER answered…..not once out of the 8 times I called! I eat there quite often and that’s just disappointing.
