Love that you can sub any of the toppings on the signature creations menu to make it what you want! Definitely the best deal that way. Also, love that they have kids sizing for $3.99 and they will let you get a topping and dipped cone for them for that price.

Our family loves Cold Stone ice cream, and we visit often. The Cedar Park location is closest to our home, so that’s usually where we go. However, there is one male employee there whose service consistently leaves us disappointed.
When he prepares our order, the portions are noticeably smaller. For example, if we order a “Like It” size and add two large brownie pieces, everything still fits in the Like It cup with room to spare. It honestly feels like I’m eating mostly brownies rather than ice cream — and there’s so little ice cream that it doesn’t even mix properly.
When we go to the Round Rock location — or even when someone else is serving at Cedar Park — adding two brownies usually results in the ice cream being put into a “Love It” size cup, which makes much more sense portion-wise.
Because of this inconsistency, we sometimes choose to drive farther to Round Rock instead. It’s disappointing since Cedar Park is so much more convenient for us, but the portion difference makes it hard to want to return.

I didn’t know this was here and was pleasantly surprised to discover a cold stone in Cedar Park! After not having cold stone ice cream for several years it was great! The service was friendly helpful, I got to try interesting flavors but ended up getting a mix from the menu instead of making my own. I will be back and highly recommend to everyone!! They even have soy ice cream now for people who can’t eat ice cream!!

Ordered off of DoorDash. The chocolate with brownies and fudge was AMAZING. they didn’t skimp on the mix ins & it was the best ice cream I’ve had in a long long time. I hope they stay consistent, because I already want more.
I imagine it’s hard to stay afloat as an ice cream business in this economy, so I don’t fault them for having one cashier at a time… as long as they’re open, relax and take your time people.

I absolutely love Cold Stone! Their ice cream is super creamy and rich, and the mix-in options are endless. I got the Founder’s Favorite with brownie, caramel, and pecans—so good! They mix everything right in front of you on a frozen stone, which makes the whole experience more fun.

Disappointing Online Order Experience
I placed an online order at Cold Stone Cedar Park around 7:30-7:40 PM, expecting it to be ready within 5-15 minutes, as past orders suggested. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, with only one other couple in the store, they confirmed my order but only then started making it. Meanwhile, they continued preparing in-store orders ahead of mine, despite my order being placed and paid for in advance.
I ended up waiting until 8:20 PM, only to watch my completed order be placed in the freezer instead of being handed to me, while they helped other guests. If I had just ordered in person, I would have gotten my ice cream faster.
The ice cream is great, which keeps me coming back, but the service needs improvement. They either need more staff or better organization, especially for online pickups. Customers who order ahead shouldn’t become an afterthought. Hopefully, management can address this issue.

We have been ordering a large Cold Stone Birthday Cake, this location consistently (2nd year now) fails to log an order and make the cake. This year we called to confirm and we told they could make the cake by the next morning (the morning of our party) and we could pick it up in the morning. Next morning, the store was not open and no o e was available at the store when we arrived at the pick up time we were told. Ending g up waiting for an hour for staff to arrive!!! Extremely disappointed with the service and management.
