I’m am very saddened to make this review, as a person who always eats here at Brooklyn Pizzeria I am disappointed to say that is place is not clean , they do not make sure the dining area safe to eat for customers.When i ordered my food for pickup since i had to wait for my food, i sat down since the wait wouldn’t be long , while sitting down I noticed a small roach running around by the tables and the floor . I was horrified and disgusted. I told the person who worked there that there was a roach and he acted like he was afraid to kill it and said that he felt bad to killing bugs. So i definitely recommend an exterminator so they could fix this problem .

never fails to disappoint me. Ranch spilled in my box. I didn’t even want sauce, y’all got rid of the chicken tenders and now charge more for these teeny tiny bite-size hard nuggets. You cannot call these little things boneless wings. I cannot believe I spent 12 bucks on them. theyre overcooked and some of the pieces are just crumbs.

I asked for Parmesan and the container has a teaspoon in it. they have lost their quality so much over the years. They have changed the online ordering system, it looks better, but now it’s more complicated. It doesn’t make sense that there is only one option for a specialty slice if you don’t create your own. If the specialty slice on the menu, has that many toppings why are you only allowed to choose extra two toppings for a your your own slice?
extra cheese should not really count as one of the toppings, I should be able to get as many toppings I want if I’m willing to pay for them without wanting a whole pizza. Probably won’t be back after this and every time I have spoken with a manager about situations like this they always say we got you. I don’t know what that means like I need my name written down or a credit or something so the employees realize that my next meal should be free. They really need to do better.

Normal pizzas are undercooked. Well done is barely cooked. Never circular — every pizza I have taken out has been a blob. The other locations are better. Check your pizzas in the store before leaving.

Brooklyn Pizzeria is always a great experience. The manager, Sam, is incredibly welcoming and understanding, which makes every visit feel comfortable and appreciated. The pizza is consistently amazing fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best around. Taste’s just like back home. Highly recommend!

I paid for extra meat balls and sauce for the spaghetti, well they forgot put even a serving of noodles in the container– and then packaged it on its side so the contents were in the bag. Girl at the front is super rude & off putting.

I used to love Brooklyn’s Pizza but they have declined in a major way. Absolutely terrible service, quality and attitude. I placed a $50 delivery order last night and after almost an hour wait, we received the wrong order. I called to tell them and was left on the phone to listen to the manager yell profanity and verbal abuse of the employees, with only a short “we will fix it ” explanation before they hung up. After another wait, they attempted to deliver the correct order and pick up the mistaken delivery (assuming to still deliver it to the other person after we’ve opened it up”, they only delivered part of my order. They offered to deliver the rest of the order later, but I asked for a refund at this point. I was told the manager was going to call me to fix it, which took almost an hour to get a call back. The manager rudely told me that they would deliver the rest of the order at that time, and I had to repeat that I just wanted a refund. He responded with “Fine” and hung up in my face. I still haven’t received a refund. This is the last time I will ever order anything from them. I think they need a good inspection from the health department for their practices in these circumstances, and they absolutely need new management. I would highly suggest picking another restaurant. This place doesn’t deserve to be in business.

Food is good and solid for the price. Best pizza in the area in my opinion. Baked ziti is one of the best at this location. Every location is different. There’s no consistency and taste, but this location is by far the better one.

My aunt and uncle took me out to another spot that they loved and we ordered a lot!
We had wings, two pizzas, stramboni, sausage roll and dessert to top it off.
Everything was delicious here and I would recommend this location to any pizza lover.

Pizza was delicious! Was perfect and had great leopard spotting underneath. Was one of the best pies I’ve had in a long time! Flavor was on point. will be ordering again from here for sure. I personally appreciate the “God Bless America” on the boxes. It’s little things like this on top of great service that make a great pizza shop! Will be back!
