The restaurant was lovely and not too loud. The check in desk is in an odd spot and makes it hard to move around and wait for a table.
We absolutely loved all the food! Farm to table is our jam. I loved the options and everything was delicious.
We booked our next reservation while we were still at the restaurant, cannot wait to go back.
The Beet salad was amazing and the burger and fries was great too! My wife really liked the harvest bowl.
There is a market inside as well where there are various fun gifts or treats for all ages. You will find some of the best pastries thanks to Chef Cole.
We hosted my wife’s 60th birthday at George and Gather in Chandler and it was phenomenal. The private venue felt like a high-end condo — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for entertaining our 34 closest friends who flew in from across the U.S. The food was outstanding and the specialty cocktails were expertly crafted. Attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere, and seamless service made the night effortless. Truly a 6-star experience — highly recommend for private events and celebrations.
Dian was my waitress on Saturday and she was so kind, attentive and personable. Kevin was my bartender on Wednesday and made the experience even better. This place is locally owned, thoughtfully designed and clearly passionate about quality. I’m so happy Chandler has a place like this and I highly recommend it.
*Service: our server, Marko, was fantastic, the perfect combination of friendly and genuinely caring. Local guy who knows the area well, attentive without hovering, and always seemed to show up at exactly the right moment. The kind of service that feels like you’re being taken care of by a friend who actually enjoys their job. Could not have asked for more.
*Food: was really impressive all around.
The double patty burger was thick, juicy, and loaded with rich, creamy cheese on a buttered, grilled bun. It had a delicious pickled element that gave every bite a pop. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft and steamy inside. Their ranch dressing for dipping is outstanding. I just wish the portion of fries was bigger.
The beet salad was super fresh with huge chunks of beets and crisp lettuce. Simple, clean, cold, and exactly what you want from a beet salad. Extremely satisfying.
The Carne pizza was fantastic. We opted for the not spicy sauce, and the cheese was soft, melty, and perfectly creamy. The meats were delicious and well balanced on a thin crust with sweet sauce. “Pizza Bones” (outer edge crust) were soft, chewy, pillowy heaven.
The truffle mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and had that smoky aroma that pulls you in wanting another bite. The short ribs were deep, bold, tender, full of flavor and memorable.
*Ambiance: there are several entrances, we accidentally came in a back, or maybe side, door and worked our way to the NW front corner to the hostess stand, next to the bar and a great outdoor patio with heater and couches, very comfy looking. Inside is cozy and comfortable, with warm medium brown wood everywhere, but it doesn’t feel dark or heavy. It has this soft, inviting lighting (tons of little lights everywhere) that wraps the space like a gentle warm blanket. Comfortable seating, relaxed vibe, and a space that feels thoughtfully put together without trying too hard.
*Value: everything including food and drinks are clearly made from quality ingredients, all thoughtfully prepared, paired with great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Portions are satisfying, not too big or small, and the pricing feels fair for everything you get, especially in a restaurant that clearly takes pride in what they serve.
*Overall: excellent service, flavorful thoughtful creative food, and a warm, inviting space. This is a place that makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.
One very important tip: make a reservation. This place is popular for a reason, and tables fill up quickly—especially on weekends—and even with a res, you may have to wait. Planning ahead is well worth it for such a consistently excellent dining experience. Highly recommend!
