Hair in food. Ice cream like soup. Staff moving like they’re half asleep.
This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. I found a hair in my food, which is absolutely disgusting. The ice cream was completely melted—more like a warm milkshake than anything close to frozen. On top of that, the staff moved incredibly slow, like they were in no rush at all, even with customers waiting.
If management actually cared, they’d train their team better and keep the place clean. This location needs serious help. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Poor excuse of management
Understaffs his shifts and makes the experience at restaurant -1/10
When you have only 2-3 of staff doing the work of a full staffed shift, the experience and work is going to suffer.

We stopped for lunch at 10:43 right at the switch from breakfast to lunch. 1/4 pounders had obviously been just sitting for awhile. Burger was cold, cheese was not melted and bacon was cold, bun was stale and fries were cold as well. What a waste of 20 bucks!
