This was only my second time eating in a Chipotle. Both times have been at the store. I think I keep coming back here, because it is super clean and offers fantastic food with great service. I brought my mom here because she had never eaten at Chipotle. She really enjoyed it and had more food than she could eat so she was pleased that she would have takeout for dinner later that night. The crew was very attentive to our order and very pleasant to deal with. They seem to have fun doing their job which makes for a great experience. The food size portion for the cost of the meal was very good – there was plenty of food in the portion! I highly recommend this store!
Edit: I forgot to say that all of this happened right at lunchtime when they were busy, but it was still a pleasant experience.

Food so salty, it was inedible and I’ve eaten chipotle countless times. Someone must have forgotten they already added salt and did it again. Staff was super nice. I was taking it to go and sadly didn’t taste test it before I left to eat it at work. Lesson learned. Eat at the store and order in person to get good portions

Burnt chicken, 10 chips in the bag. Returned to store to get food remade. Employee said 5 minutes to cut and sauce chicken then proceeded to slowly clean grill and started cooking. Totally ignoring the managers request and the 2 customers waiting on chicken. The manager did the best she could but its 4pm and they have NO chicken/chipotle chicken to sell. Now I have to inhale my food and hope I get to work on time. Not sure how they are rated 3.8

I paid for guacamole with this order and the last ordered and got home and no guacamole both times. When I tried to call the store I sat on the phone with AI bot forever. This was very frustrating as the AI only had options for help with online orders or app orders. I placed this order in the store the traditional way. Finally after 5 minutes of continuously telling the AI that I wanted to speak to a person it transferred me to the store. It rang and then just asked for some option code and hung up on me. I am very angry with all levels. This is not how to do business or treat customers if you want them to return. The sad thing is the girl was very personable and fast. She was just the only one working as the other three people must have been doing a shift change. It is not her fault but after this has happened to me a few times and now most recently twice in a row I needed to make a complaint.

Everything wrong happened at this location. Of the 7 pieces of steak 3 were grizzled in fat. Pic was literally the other 5 pieces. When I complained at the store they said that’s a portion.
They were not going to let me have meat with kids tacos until I said something.
Also, they forgot to put the chips in the bag. They owe me $4.50 for chips and queso. What am I supposed to do with queso and no chips?

It has been good in the past but really didn’t care for it. The food was mediocre as best. My chicken tacos had mostly red onions on it – this picture is how much I picked out of ONE taco. Also tried to get my b’day guac but the girl at the counter said I had to bring my phone in and get it scanned. Why advertise that you can order online and then you have to bring your phone in to prove who you are?

Had not eaten at Chipotle since their food safety issues so decided to give it a try. Personnel were reasonably friendly but the veggie bowl beans and rice were under cooked and not hot. Probably won’t do Chipotle anymore.

This place has gone downhill again. Terrible portion sizes. There was meat in my vegan bowl. We are gonna go to Qdoba for a few months and try again. Terrible.

Every time I order here something is wrong. Some highlights: Inedible stale chips, missing ingredients, bowl instead of a burrito, wrong ingredients, poorly wrapped.
The only reason I keep trying is that I complain via the app and get a free entree. So I try again and I’m disappointed again.
Qdoba’s burritos don’t taste as good but at least they get the orders right and have have fresh chips. I’m giving up.

We had several long hairs in our food. Tried calling the store (several attempts) so they could just make a new one, and then we could not get a live person to assist. The best they could do was offer me a customer support email.

I hate this location with all my heart. I ordered the double protein bowl because it had the macros I need. The was supposed to be done by 5:20pm imagine my surprise when I arrive at 5:18 to an empty restaurant but my food didnt get ready until 6pm! No apologies no communication nothing. The garbage bowl had barely and freaking beans tons OF RICE and flavorless chicken. I will never EVER come back to this god forsaken place.
