They forgot my EXTRA garlic sauce again! This is like 3rd time in 2 months. It’s a dollar a cup, why do I even bother paying extra for it if it’s not to be included. Make sure you’re checking orders for accuracy instead of just speed. It honestly take a second to check a customers order fully, check your order or make sure you aren’t getting scammed!

I am sooo pissed off at this place. I don’t know why I gave them a second & third chance to serve me DONE PIZZA. I mean come on. The pizza I have gotten is RAW. When you pull it apart the dough is still raw & stretchy. I checked the pizza in the restaurant & told them it wasn’t done & to please put it back in the oven because this has happened to me before!!! I didn’t want to get home & finish baking the pizza myself that I paid them to make!! He put it back in the oven & I trusted that he checked to make sure it wasn’t done, NOPE. I get home & can’t even eat it because it’s still raw. What is wrong with these people. They need some new employees that actually care enough to check the pizza to make sure it’s done before serving it. I will not go back here.

I am not the first person to have raw pizza dough from here by the looks of it. I ordered delivery and the pizza dough is sticking to the bottom and gooey cause it’s literally RAW. I spoke with Dylan from there and he said there was nothing they could do other than for me to come and exchange it. What the hell did I order delivery from then? I’m stuck at home with my baby, I can’t leave. The guy literally said “ma’am I have not sent out any raw pizzas today”. If my review reads angry it’s because I’m starving at 8pm with no resolution. I asked if there was anywhere I could send the photos as proof, nope. I called corporate and they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Horrible customer service, raw pizza dough is a safety concern, I could have unknowingly eaten this and been sick.

Pizza was completely wrong. Ordered the cheeseburger Pizza extra cheese and onion, got a sausage pizza with hardly any cheese. Called the manager and was told they are having to cut back on their cheese so there is less. I PAID FOR EXTRA. Every other visit is this way. Its a shame how much they have gone downhill. Hey, atleast the pepper didnt look like it was chewed up and spit out this time

The manager wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Mind you I have ordered this pizza before and they did not bring us the right pizza. There’s nothing garlic or Parmesan about this pizza it’s just regular cheese pizza there’s not even Italian seasoning on top. I’m sick of their inability to just give you what you paid for. I mean seriously why is it so hard. I’m done patronizing their business they can’t get it right and instead of making it right they argue with you.

New location and seems to be doing fine for the most part. I had ordered chipotle honey chicken poppers and a pineapple and pepperoni pizza last night. The chipotle chicken poppers were not tossed in any sauce. The pizza had hardly any pineapple or pepperoni. Not very impressed especially after being charged for extra toppings .
