We had the nachos, burgers, wrap and French dip! Everything was amazing & surprisingly not greasy like most pub food! Our personal fav was the nachos, French dip & regular burger. Definitely recommend this place! Support vegan restaurants! The food is delicious & harmless ✌

Love their expansive 100% plant-based menu and creative drinks. Overall it’s a great bar experience especially if you’re craving some hearty, greasy bar food that’s not only plant-based, but flavorful in their own right. Ambience is great as well.

Love this place and its food. Our favorite is the French dip sandwich. The cauliflower wings also were flavorful. We brought friends with us and they had no idea they were eating vegan. They were so shocked.

You know it’s good when “OhmyGod” escapes your lips before swallowing. We visited on a Sunday after a Seahawks game and this restaurant was just far enough from the crowds to be the perfect spot to hang with friends and grab food and drinks. My omnivore friends ordered tacos and they raved, said they would not have known they were vegan tacos if not for the very clear 100% vegan written on top of the menu. Our mixed drinks were crisp and not too sweet. The peach cheesecake and chocolate cake are highly recommended. The perfect blend of fluffy, creamy and tasty. I almost took away a star because of the thick, dust-laden spider webs in the bathroom (don’t stumble into the corner!) but somethings tells me they’ve been intentionally left there. The devil posters lining the walls of the bathroom were weird to me, but there is something poetic about a 100% vegan place being someone’s idea of hell. Georgetown, you will see me again.

Came in around 9:20 on a Tuesday right behind a group of 15-20 people on some sports team and had quite the wait in line to order (seriously was like a 15 minute line). The bartender was still nice despite the last minute crowd and we were served in a timely manner.
We got two tacos, two margaritas, and the french dip, everything was delicious. (I do wish the strawberry margarita had some little strawberry pieces but hey that’s no biggie.)
The roast beef on the french dip was genuinely the best vegan sandwich meat I’ve ever had, and I’ve been vegan for 5 years. The Au Jus was delicious was well.
I think it would be sick if they had a dupe of the Arby’s roast beef cheddar sandwich!
Not only was the food amazing, but the staff went above and beyond too. During dinner, I took video/photos on my camera and when I went to put my lens cap back on it fell on the side of the booth and both the bartender and the lady in the kitchen came over to help and let me pull out the furniture to get it.
We are traveling through from TX but next time we are in Seattle, we 100% will be back!

I have been coming here once in a while, over the many years it’s been in Seattle. Great atmosphere if you have a fondness for dark, old school bars. I ordered a reuben and it was good, but it was no where near the size it used to be. Gone is the deli sized sandwich that would fill me up for a day. It was mostly sauerkraut and very little “meat.” It set me back about 20.00 for a thin sandwich, no sides, no drink.

I’ve visited GLC three times now– twice as a pair and another time in a group of four. All three visits have included food and drinks, though I seem to have eaten faster than I could take a photo. I didn’t hear any gripes from the omnivores in my group– perhaps they knew where they were! The vibe for lunch and early dinner is very chill while the space itself has great punk spirit. I’ll definitely be back for more sandwiches, beverages, and don’t forget the potato salad.

omg!! the sandwiches here are amazing!! We loved the BLT and the roast beef + horseradish ❤️ both are really flavorful and tasty, but I especially loved the crisp lettuce on the BLT. I love a non-vegan BLT and this one really hit the spot, though note that the “bacon” isn’t super crispy in this version (which I liked!)
we also had potato salad which was yum and tacos with chips + salsa! The tacos were also good but we enjoyed the sandwiches more 🙂 The chips tho!!! Incredible, there’s some lime salt on them and they’re so crispy I couldn’t stop eating them.
Overall great food and lovely staff, definitely recommend to vegans and non-vegans!!

Finally visited this place I’ve heard about. Brunch!! Last photo is Eggs Benedict, perfection. Also went for a weekday lunch and was amazed at how wonderful the vegan French Dip was! Can’t wait to go back and try the other offerings. Everything is vegan!!! Definitely a punk rock bar vibe, which I really enjoyed. Friendly, awesome staff. My new favorite place.

It’s an amazing place, I’m gonna be a regular from now on.
The food is amazing, they have the best vegan Reuben sandwich that I had in my life, much better than a regular Reuben!
Lots of great drinks and a decent menu of draft beer.
I’m coming back soon with my friends!
