I recently visited Guac Mexi Grill in Fergus and was blown away! If you are looking for fresh, authentic Mexican food in town, this is the spot.
The portions here are massive—I ordered a Chicken bowl and Tacos and it was easily two meals’ worth of food. Everything was incredibly fresh, from the house-made salsas to the signature ‘guac seasoning.’ The Protein Nachos are a must-try; they were loaded with toppings and perfectly crisp.
The Service: What really sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff is so welcoming and take the time to explain the menu. I really appreciate the kind gesture.
Highly recommend for a quick lunch or a family dinner. It’s easily the best Mexican spot in the Fergus/Elora area.

We recently tried Guac Mexi Grill and, overall, the food was really good! The flavors were fresh, and the quality of the ingredients stood out. We particularly liked the variety of options on the menu — there’s definitely something for everyone, whether you’re into tacos, burritos, or bowls.
That said, the biggest downside was the price. We found it a bit pricier compared to other similar chains, which makes you second-guess if it’s really worth the extra cost. While the food was tasty and satisfying, the price tag might make us think twice before returning regularly.
Still, if you’re craving a flavorful meal and are okay with spending a little more, Guac Mexi Grill could be a good choice.

First time eating here, everything was delicious and massive portions. The service was amazing, the owner served us and was such a friendly person. He even gave us nachos for free to try, we didn’t ask he just serves you like a 5 star place! I recommend it highly to anyone who wants a lot of delicious healthy food, amazing tasting food and excellent service! Hard to find now a days.

We had Vegetarian Nachos, Enchiladas & Quesadillas and the taste was so delicious. We had really great experience here. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing, clean and friendly. It’s a must visiting place if someone wants best Mexican food. They have other options too which are also delicious.

Great vegan options. I worked nearby and would often come here for lunch. The burritos and nacho chips are great and the salsa is some of the best I’ve ever had. Very nice employees who knew my order after only a few visits, and the food was always ready in 5 minutes or less.

I promised a review and here it is – this is by FAR the most incredible fast food/QSR chain/franchise restaurant in Canada. Bold claim, I know. But Jid and his team truly have focused on what matters most – FLAVOUR and QUALITY. Every meat, sauce, veggie was top notch and chocked full of FLAVOUR. I ordered a burrito, 3 tacos and the nachos to test it all out and everything was amazing. My wife is also celiac so it was wonderful to see Jid and his team so knowledgeable about how to properly handle gluten free allergies when it’s an allergy and not a preference. Also the Large burrito is literally the weight of a small infant. Love it guys – keep up the great work. Only minor points to improve upon – the carnitas, barbacoa and ground beef were heavenly but the steak was a tad too dry for my liking. Wouldn’t get that as a meat choice again. I’d also recommend adding either some alcohol wipes/hand wash area as things get a bit messy! Looking forward to coming back to try the haddock, shrimp and chicken options! Cheers

I recently ordered the nachos from Gauc Maxi Grill and I have to say, I was blown away by the quality of the food. The nachos were simply delicious, with a perfect balance of cheese, toppings, and crispy chips. The portions were generous, and the food was fresh and flavorful.
The customer service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure our order was delivered promptly and with care. It was evident that they take pride in the quality of their food and the satisfaction of their customers.

Wonderful Experience!
It was my first ever time to taste the Mexican Food. And that was really amazing. I had mouthwatering Chicken Nachos, that was more than enough for 4 of us. Each penny spent at this restaurant was worth it.
The customer service was excellent as well.
