We recently tried this new location and had a great experience. The chicken sandwich was so delicious 10/10 and my husband and daughter loved the burgers. They rated burgers 8/10 and fries were good too. Milkshakes and lemonade were yummy as well. Definitely a little pricey but it was worth it. Glad to have a shake shack in the area! ❤️

First visit to a Shake Shack ever for the both of us.
After ordering from a screen (not a great start), we were served a warm chocolate shake that had been sitting for a looooong time before the team tried to pass it off on us. It had started to separate, and had settled almost an inch below the rim of the cup. Really, really gross.
Food had good flavor. Unfortunately the patties were lukewarm. And paying extra for the garlic Parmesan fries wasn’t worth the cost; feels like I paid (or was tricked out of) $2 for a sprinkle of parm.
It’s a new store, I get it, maybe a month since opening. But first impressions are first impressions, and this is a one and done for me.

It was a very clean restaurant since it’s new but we spent almost $100 on food for four people only to get it cold! The kids working were more concerned about their friends coming in and chatting with them and getting them food. I’m sure our food was sitting in the back for quite a while and we were giving them grace since it’s a newer one but when it comes out cold that’s unacceptable. The quality of the food compared to other shake shacks was pathetic. Hopefully the management gets this under control. When you have a bunch of kids running a place this is what is going to happen. I will say the kids working were nice enough not rude by any means but they need to realize they are working a job and people are paying customers in there. I’m sure their friends weren’t paying for their food.

Food was decent but not $22 good but wow, and maybe this is a Shake Shack procedure, but I was told that you can’t get traditional meal combos inside the restaurant like at just about every other quick service restaurant. However you can get combos in the drive-thru. In the past, only had Shake Shack in an airport where they always do the “a la carte” treatment just like everyone else but looks like that is being or maybe it has always been a thing for Shake Shake? Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean with nice staff. Pot Roast burger was nice and flavorful, fries were a little cool and soggy but the lemonade, eventhough filled to the brim with ice, hit the spot. Probably won’t come back with these prices as there are other options in the area.

This is by far the worst shake shack I have ever been to. First time I tried the food and it was terrible. Literally felt like throwing money away. I come back to get something and its two minutes to close and your doors are locked and an employee walked up and told me “no we can’t make anything sorry” then just shut the door om my face. Wow. That’s not customer service. I do not understand what your guys problem is. None of the workers here are working with haste or in a rush. They all work slow and to their own pace. Ot makes me upset because I’ve done the exact same job and served peolle a minute to close, or close on the dot just to give good customer service. The workers here are rude and lazy. Spend your money elsewhere cause this is the worst most overpriced garbage I’ve had.

Went here with my husband for dinner and for the both of us to eat and share a small milkshake it was about $60. Which I wouldn’t have minded if the burgers weren’t so small. Granted we didn’t get the burger of the month, but we don’t plan to go back. Nothing wrong with the place itself. Had self service kiosk and very clean dinning room. Staff was nice and brought the food to us. The malt milkshake was good, but for the size felt overpriced.

Food was very tasteless, staff was all in the back and not available for assistance especially since there are self ordering kiosks. The one two u delta with were very unengaging and had ZERO personality. Made me feel.like I was bothering them for asking about the menu. I had to wait for quite a long time just to get a drink refill for my son. Definitely doesn’t compare to the Shake Shack on Central and Camelback. Very disappointing . Only thing they had going for them was location was very clean but also because it’s brand new so we’ll see how it holds up over time.
