Quick friendly service made my drinks completely right with a lot of customizations. I frequent here a lot today I forgot to order one of my fav ingredients I came in to purchase a side of white mocha to add in my drinks that I forgot to order to my surprise they replaced both drinks complimentary even though it was my error. This experience made my day and is why I will not go to any other location!

My drinks are always great, and the workers always do me right, I see a lot of people order with like 10 modifications and they don’t complain they get it done. The drive though is a mess when they are busy, but it moves at a reasonable pace. Just a lot busier since the Publix opened. Chloe gets the honorable mention.

Walked in at 8:59pm thinking they closed at 10pm. They actually close at 9:00pm. I felt bad, but they made sure got exactly what I wanted and assured me it was okay. Thanks again for the great service! I’ll make sure not to be that guy again lol

This place has gone downhill. Take 30 minutes just to clear out five cars and everybody there seems like their heads in the clouds and half asleep Terrible service. Go to any Starbucks but this location. Definitely need some staff change. They’ve got the most upgraded machines yet they’re the slowest!
3/6/26 Update- Still terrible wait as it takes forever just to make a few drinks. The absolute slowest and worst service of all the Starbucks in town. If you want anything timely do not come to this location… They’re all asleep.

As many Starbucks as there are in the world, there’s just as much a range of quality of service in each location. Sometimes they are fast, efficient, and super nice and you’d be happy to go back. But you know, there’s definitely the other side too.
This Starbucks probably lies somewhere in between leaning more towards being good. The workers are quite nice in all my times going (which actually is maybe only a handful but still). Going inside is usually faster because the drive thru almost always has a line as pretty much all Starbucks are notorious for (what IS it about them??).
Starbucks is nice sometimes because it’s so basic, but it definitely isn’t a go to for me. Mainly I go there when I have a gift card or enough reward points from the app to use to slide a free drink. But I do love how flexible they are with adding or subtracting components from a drink to get it just how you want.
Bygones be bygones, Starbucks is probably always going to be around a looong time and if you really want coffee there’s most likely a nearby Bucks wherever the heck you may be.

This location needs to focus on consistency. I Mobile order the exact same drink two to three times a week at this location and each time the drink is made differently. I’m hoping at some point that management will focus on proper training so that the drinks taste the same each time.
