Love the large iced caramel latte here. It’s my go to! And I occasionally get a donut too. Service is usually fast. My only concern is that there is often too much ice. Wish they’d use about half of what they typically do. It’s still worth a trip and better than the other major chain.

Richard never ceases to uphold the best standards all while always having a smile on his face. He is great with people and clearly takes pride in his work. Ive seen him go above and beyond in multiple little ways between other customers and I and after I watched him try and catch a guest walk out on their breakfast sandwich, he was disheartened, and then offered it up to me simply because I was at the right place at the right time. All-around class act from what Ive seen… the sandwich tasted great… but it was the gesture and how he approached me that spoke volumes.

Service was fast. I was a little disappointed in the amount of hash browns, there was only 4 in the bag. They also seemed overdone. The sandwich was solid, good size, not anything amazing but I enjoyed it. The donuts were good, they had a box dozen ready under the counter so if you aren’t picky you can get an assortment very quickly.
The place itself is kinda weird as it’s in a gas station, as far as in a gas station goes I think they did good on design with what they could but it was pretty busy between Dunkin and people getting gas… it got cramped at check out. They do have a good amount of indoor seating in the back though. The person taking our order did a great job.

Ordered a 3 pack donut holes, only received 2. One was not even half the size of a normal donut hole. I went back in to get the missing one to be told “we ran out”. Like why.. only give me two and not sub it for a different flavor?

If I could give zero stars i would. This place is ridiculous. I tried ordering online but it didn’t work. Ok so now I have to order at the front desk. Great, I love talking to the zesty workers. So I order. Mr. Zesty puts in my order. Well it ends up being $15. The refreshers are supposed to be three dollars each. I show him the online order with the same stuff for $11. He says he’ll get management. Talks to the manager and says it’s cause of the lemonade. Ok so I’ll get a water refresher. The total is still $13. Doesn’t make sense. I hope this place goes up in smoke.

The food was fine. My issue was the staff member that was taking my order did not speak clearly enough for me to answer her questions which was frustrating. In addition when I got my food they didn’t give me a fork for a food item that would need a fork. I wouldn’t actively avoid this place but I will go elsewhere if possible.

I’ve been going to the Okemos location for years and have left multiple 5 star reviews over time. The staff is kind, and always remember my order.
That being said, I’m now being told it’s impossible to make my drink (a refresher) and not put ice in it. I have a lot of anxiety about how disgusting restaurants are, especially ice. Doesn’t make sense to me either, I just have that anxiety. I don’t order out much but this was the one place I felt comfortable going, and would go daily. Now my last option is out because… it’s mandatory to put ice in my drink? It’s not for measurement purposes because the last guy put 2 cubes in it just to say he did.
Extremely disappointed and feels extremely petty. I was so embarrassed the last interaction I had, I don’t think I will be back even to buy gas in the same building.

Managers, please speak with your staff. Their customer service is extremely poor. I asked for my receipt, and the employees couldn’t produce the correct one; they handed me two receipts that didn’t match my order. They took my card information, but getting my receipt was like pulling teeth! The staff are very unprofessional.
