I’ve been going to McDonald’s for years, and the portions have only gotten smaller while the prices continue to rise. This particular McDonald’s also seems to charge more than any other location in the area, and I have no idea why.

I recently ordered food for my family, including a large fry and a shake as part of my meal. Receiving a large fry that was barely half full and a shake with almost no whipped cream is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve complained about my large fries being filled as if they were a medium— and it’s not the only time this has happened.

The first time I complained, the issue was barely acknowledged. I received an email that seemed like a copy-and-paste response probably sent to anyone who complains. The manager claimed the issue would be taken into consideration and that it wasn’t part of the training, yet nothing has changed.

Coco the manager was so accommodating. Very attentive to my kids. I also saw him go around and ask his staff if they needed anything. He walked to each customers table and checked on them. Coco brought my daughter a little mcds book. He makes that restaurant feel safe and personal.

I actually pass 3 McDonald’s on the way to this one just for the customer service. I believe her name is Mary but she takes the orders in the morning over the drive thru. It’s always a pleasant kind and amazing experience with her. I can’t express enough how important it is to have that kind of interaction that early in the morning. She always seems to set the tone for my day and I couldn’t appreciate it more. I seem to see a lot of complaints about this location at night time but in the daytime I could guarantee it’s not the same situation

I can’t even begin to tell you the disappointment in my experience at this specific location. Referring to the drive thru experience on JANUARY 3, 2026 at 9:39 pm.

After placing our order at the drive thru we waited in line to pay taking about 10 minutes from the initial pulling into the line, to the finalizing of our transaction. We were handed no receipt but ushered forward.

While waiting in between the payment window and food delivery window we waited another 8 minutes, causing even the person behind us to hit the horn a few times because they obviously felt as though they were taking too long as well.
We approach the food delivery window where the gentleman reviews our order and we said no, it was supposed to be 2 large cokes and one medium. He caught such an attitude because now 20 minutes into waiting to get FAST FOOD, our order was wrong. He asked for a receipt we weren’t given from the boy at the payment window.
He argued with us and then walked away.
About 3 minutes after he disappeared from the window a female approached the window and asked if we were door dash, to which we said no we just wanted our food and drinks.
She walked away leaving us sitting there waiting still.
A few moments after that another female approached the window and asked if we had order the burger and 20 nuggets we said yes our drinks are wrong. We just wanted our food. She was so moody as she passed our food to us and then slammed the drive thru window shut. Still we were waiting for our drinks as the girls started to storm away so we had to keep beeping and yelling for her to get our drinks. She then handed them to us with some smart remark . As we pulled away

We told the boy we ordered from we wanted two number 7 meals one large with no sauce and a large coke, one medium with buffalo and sweet and sour sauce and a medium coke. We also ordered a number 3 w cheese ketchup and pickle and with a large coke.

We were handed two medium cokes, one large coke, in the bag was a 20 piece box of nuggets, a Big Mac, two cheeseburgers and a hamburger and two fry.

I wrote and left a feedback comment on the website for McDonald’s but I’m disgusted in my experience and doubt I will ever return to this location.
There was no reason for the experience to be so stressful. From ordering to receiving our food.

Terrible service!!! Won’t go back will go anywhere else Wendy’s, burger king, anywhere but here. It’s a crying shame the way they act here, I’ve been spending my money at McDonald’s for over 40 years and I order 10 sweet and sour dipping sauces at their kiosk because you can’t employ people cause the profits are not enough, I’m willing to pay at this point and when I get my order they only put three in the bag so I tell the young man with my hands cause he doesn’t understand English as he’s putting them in the bag another employee comes grabs the sauce out of his hand and says no you only get three, I try to show her I ordered them and she starts rudely telling me no only three you have to pay for more which I would’ve gladly done if she had been somewhat nice but I’ll gladly spend my money else where from now on. Where has customer service gone.

Terrible service after waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order and pretty much had my food and drinks thrown at me with attitude it was unreal. Would never stop here again. Absolute horrible customer service. Had 3 people come to the window and couldn’t figure out what their job was

Took my wife there , we ordered two egg mc muffin, the egg was green and looked sickly, I also went there a few weeks before and had to bring it back and they gave me another one, why sell the product if it looks sickly, I don’t recommend this place , we had to throw away the egg part and my wife wasn’t happy at all , go to the Ledgewood one they have fresher food.

One worker was blasting brain rot videos and cackling out loud being obnoxious then the girl who brought the food didnt know what table we were at and told us to grab the Numbers by the screens to order so we did and ordered some more food. She couldnt figure out where we were bc she was confused by requesting us do it differently. Am i wrong like the numbers on the edge of the table are for mobile order dining? The workers here are a mess. Food was okay tho so idk.
