I love this location! JT at the front is super nice and deserves all the recognition. On a busy Monday morning he was able to get my order exactly the way that I Wanted Without hesitation. Definitely makes me feel like he cares about the customers even though it’s just coffee. Thanks for making my day JT you have created a new regular !

Customer service is trash, the two black women who are running the window don’t know how to talk to people through the drive-through. The lady taking my order at 11:05am today through the drive-through window had an attitude for no reason and I had to repeat myself twice for my order because she can’t understand people when they order. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. It’s sad to say that they are both adults. I will never come here to this location again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this location ever if they don’t want to get treated like crap.

I stopped at Dunkin to grab an avocado toast and drink. The young lady on the headset was so kind by the time I decided what I wanted I left with two new favorite drinks. Regrettably I did not ask her name but if you stop by you will instantly know who she is as her kindness is unmatched.

During busy morning rush periods, I have repeatedly heard statements made that the store can be run by one person alone. “Jokingly” by the manager Kenya bell However, what is visibly observed during these times does not align with that claim. The manager is frequently leaning on counters, appearing out of breath, and needing to step away multiple times to take drinks sips, while employees continue working under pressure.
This creates an unsafe and inefficient work environment and places unnecessary strain on staff during peak hours. Morning rushes require consistent movement, active leadership, and hands-on support, which does not appear to be happening at this store. I work for a large corporate office and am very familiar with professional standards and customer service expectations. Unfortunately, I have had multiple interactions with Manager Kenya, and in each instance, the issues were not handled effectively or resolved appropriately. The lack of follow-through and professionalism has been disappointing.
What I find most concerning is that I consistently receive better outcomes when I do not request management at all and instead work directly with available staff in person. This should not be the case, as management should be a source of resolution—not additional frustration.

I highly appreciate The two morning workers who go above and beyond to make sure my drinks are correct. JT and Jae. It’s unfortunate that I had to hope on seeing certain employees at work to receive a drink that’s made to Dunkin standard. Although I did not see jae this morning, I really want to appreciate her and her work at this location. Hoping Dunkin can give her some type of recognition. I see the same four employees every day there is room for improvement for some, but I really appreciate these two employees!! Hopefully someone higher than the store manager Kenya can bring recognition to this

placed an order through the app and confirmed my order with drive thru attendant this morning. while waiting in line for my turn to get to the drive thru window (prob 8-10 mins which was totally fine cause it’s a saturday morning) i realized i forgot to add one more thing to my order so i opened the app and it had an option to update my order. i updated my order and just figured i tell the drive thru attendant about my update. my turn for the window comes and i tell her about my update (a bagel) and she acknowledged it. she gives me one of my drinks and one of my food items and ask me what im waiting for. i told her one more drink and a bagel. she asks if the bagel was in the bag she gave me and i said no it was just the sandwich i ordered as well. she gives me my drink and says have a great day. i told her im still missing my bagel. she told me “well it’s not on your receipt” i told her yea thats why i told you i updated it but thats fine can we just add it. she said “i have a line. you’re gonna have to get back in line for that”. i’ve worked fast food before and i know me adding that could have been annoying especially since it’s busy but im already at the window. why would i get back in line so i could wait even more. it made me feel like i was an inconvenience to tell me that she had a line. don’t tell me i need to get back in line when i was already waiting 8-10 minutes for others in front of me to get served. making my bagel that she acknowledged in the first place wouldn’t have changed anything. her response was totally the wrong response.

Really disappointed – giving 3 stars because the staff is a 5 but the drinks/product are a 1. I do not think they are being properly trained or given the correct product to serve. The last few months the drinks have gone downhill as you can see in other reviews. They are watery, VERY dark, and for the price you are paying it is just not worth the risk. I was a regular and lately 5/7 days a week my drink was undrinkable. I tried to contact the franchise owner but they never got back to me. There are other Dunkin in the area that are much better, so even though this location was more convenient for my commute, I have started going elsewhere where I get an amazing drink every time. Examples are Matthews-Mint Hill road, Blair creek road and Kings Drive. Attaching pictures you can see the differences in the drink from this location to the Mint Hill much better location.

Horrible customer service!! First they took the order, idk what was wrong with the order in front of me but that took a whole 10 minutes in the drive thru. Then I get to the window and she says the complete wrong order and gets mad at me like I put it in the system. Mind you it’s after 3 and it’s happy hour special proceeds to ring up regular price. Ask for the recipe. Another attitude and switches her position with her coworker. Coworker takes over hands the wrong drink she gets mad. Looks at the other girl gets the correct drink order from her and finally gets it right. If they are to be dealing with customers they need to check themselves and attitudes when nobody did nothin wrong. Just because you having a bad day don’t put that on nobody or get out of the service industry. You never know who you coming in contact with and that service was not it. The crew on duty for Saturday, 10/4/25 at this location around 3pm needs to be retrained immediately and I hope neither are them are managers seriously

I rarely ever come to Dunkin Donuts, but when I do, it’s usually for their food. This location usually takes a while whether you go through their drive-thru or walk inside. I came this morning around 8:20am and was done by 8:40am. Honestly, their coffee is always either hit or miss. Their food is delicious, though. They have a wide variety of different sandwiches and bites, and they are always delicious and very inexpensive. Now, this location is pretty sketch. There is always a fight or argument going on whenever I’ve come to this location. They are also always short staffed, hence the big waiting time. Other than that, their employees I’ve encountered have been nice and never rude. They have a spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.
