I had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Kitchen inside Sesame Place. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was shockingly poor — not a single staff member greeted us with courtesy or even basic professionalism. Everyone we encountered was either rude, dismissive, or completely uninterested in helping. The food itself was far from acceptable: overpriced, bland, and barely warm, with portion sizes that did not justify the cost. What made it worse was the complete lack of attention to guests — no one checked in, smiled, or seemed to care that we were clearly unsatisfied. For a family-friendly park, this level of service is unacceptable. It felt like we were more of a burden than customers. I wouldn’t recommend dining here to anyone visiting the park.

All you can eat buffet but not much variety. Good food. Good for pizza pasta lovers. Very simple food.

Food was about a 7 out of 10. There was no dip for Chicken tenders or mustard or Ketchup for hot dogs. All you can eat dinner at Elmo’s dinner. A little to pricey to do it again. Slow to start but by the time you’re done eating, the Characters have the kids up and dancing. Had a picture with Elmo done thought it came with the dinner price of $30 a person but it was an additional $20. Employees were very nice and helpful. If you have the money to throw then go but if it’s tight you can have a great dinner somewhere off the property.

One of the best places to eat in the park since it’s a buffet. Good bit of stuff too including dessert, that was a nice surprise.

Great place for a quick bite within Sesame Place. This is more of a order and sit down kind of place. A good place to go and rest for a bit while you have a meal. If you’re looking for a fast, opt for another place within the park. We did get a cute souvenir plate with the kids meal.

Lucky I even gave it 1 star. 1hr wait to order food another 15-20min to get food, no plastic covers for the fountain beverages. You pay so much and the service sucks! If you want to see a smile in your child’s face bring them here but make sure you bring your own food, snacks and beverages. Who doesn’t Serve Cheeseburgers???? Elmo’s Eatery

The food was ok, but don’t mobile order. That time saver cost us waiting an extra 45 minutes to not have ice available for our drinks. Booo. Two thumbs down. Hire more help and a manager to handle problems before they are out of hand .

Food was terrible, I had to clean my own table. There was no ice in any of the soda stations, half the drink option were just seltzer. No ketchup, mustard or napkins, they were out of everything. We love Sesame Place, but they are severely under staffed and need to hire more people.

Pretty lousy experience. When we looked in the window, it didn’t appear very busy. Then we got in the line to get inside. Waited about 40 minutes and then waited over 45 minutes for a couple burgers and fries. Pretty inexcusable. The waiters have no idea how to know where the meal is supposed to go, other than looking for buzzers.
