We came in while it was quiet after lunch. We noticed that the place kind of looked unclean. Trash on the floor table is not wiped. The pizza was good even though they’ve been recently putting a lot more cheese on there than normal. The edge is on the crust were kind of burnt also.
We love coming here to eat. I hope they can work on keeping that dining room room cleaner because if the dining room room is not clean. I wonder how the kitchen is.

I used DoorDash to order one large cheese pizza, a Greek side salad, and 10 buffalo wings. The side salad was for me. I’m the only one who ate it. I’m also the only one suffering (truly in pain) after this meal so do with that information as you will. When my order was delivered the pizza was missing. After a quick but uneventful conversation with my delivery driver my husband went to the restaurant to fetch our pizza. The guy who approached him told him he gave the driver our pizza and to take it up with the driver. That’s when his colleague pointed at my pizza and said “Is this his pizza?” Which was sitting with my name on the receipt where pick up orders are kept. This guy bold face lied and tried to blame the driver. He never even gave the driver my pizza. See attached photo of the salad that tried to kill me and please do note how insanely small it was. $5. This salad was $5.

First time visiting. Had a margherita pizza and chopped salad. Food came quick and was very good. There is no table service – you order at a counter and also bus your own table. They did, however, bring our food to our table.

Update I took my rating from 5 stars to three because no Ranch on the pizza or side I would rather have it on the pizza like the pizza stated but I didn’t get neither very disappointed but the pizza was still good the crust kinda burnt could have been better with the ranch on it.

I met a friend here for a quick, light birthday luncheon and everything was wonderful! We both got a pizza combo that was, I think $13.99 each. For what you get with the combo, I feel that the meal is expensive. Nevertheless, we went in knowing the cost and were hopeful that the experience would be enjoyable, and it was. I’d do it again, but maybe not often. The build your own pizza experience is awesome. You can put on as many, or as few toppings as you like. It’s hard not to enjoy the pizza, became it’s your own creation.

Absolutely delicious! Such a simple concept executed perfectly. Staff was extremely polite and pizza was ready in no time at all. Side salad was simply delightful. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The service was quick, and the employees were friendly. The pizzas cooked quickly, and had wonderful flavor. They even have options for those of us that have dietary restrictions.

The food was great, but the atmosphere and customer service definitely need improvement. There were about four or five employees working, and it wasn’t busy at all. Despite that, none of the tables had been cleaned. Instead of focusing on the dining area, a couple of employees were goofing off. A little more attention to cleanliness and professionalism would make the experience much better.

Okay, Let me just say this is the 2nd time eating at My Pie and the 1st time was really good. I’m sad to say this time however was not a good experience. The counter that they prepare the pizza on was atrocious. I had to ask twice for them to clean it before making my pie. The 1st guy I asked just looked at me and ignored me. Then he walked over to the side and talked to another guy. That guy came over and asked for my order. I asked him to please clean that area before he made my pie. He took a scraper and scraped everything into a trash can. The photos I took were AFTER I got the employee to clean the counter.
There looked to be around 4-5 employees at work. But looking like they were hanging out on their phones instead of actually doing much. We chose a table to eat but found it dirty. The next few tables were the same. You could see the condensation rings left by previous customers had eaten and the tables not wiped. So much for sanitizing with Covid still going strong.
