My Uber driver recommended this place as one of the best chicken places in Eugene/Corvallis area.

Boy did it not disappoint! Amazing service, super friendly and helpful. Wings were huge!!! And so many delicious sauce options. Also they have skinny fries!!! ♡♡♡

I ain’t a chicken connoisseur but I love me some breast. Now on to the food, the tenders might have crack in them because although I don’t go often I get craving every once in a while, the fries are great, the fry sauce is great, the service is friendly, the to go wrapped up chicken/swan is cool as hell, I haven’t had anything but the chicken so don’t take my opinion on more than what I said. The only thing is they have limited space since its almost always full but I don’t mind personally.

I was in there on Thusday Dec 11th at 7:40 and had to wait 20 minute for our food and witnessed appalling food server behavior. The salad bar was not clean and when the hadled dirty things they did not wear gloves or wash their hands behind tasks. One was drinking out of a cup and wiped her mouth off with her hand and continues to fill up the containers with lid for to go orders with dirty hands. She then went and wiped a few tables and chair and would go right back to touching pretty sterile stuff. one was drinking out of a flip lid bottle and it was hanging from her lip when she grabbed food orders to close and bag. Again never washing hands after they were putting stuff into garbage cans. Their we so many other gross things they did but I think I have said enough. I have been going there since the day they opened and it was always so clean and nice but you do not handle food with dirty hands for kids sake. I won’t be back for a long time. I didn’t even eat the food. By the way I am not a Karen and my friends I was with wanted me to report this so I finally did. COME ON BONZ GO BACK TO HOW YOU WERE PLEASE

The customer service here sucks! You got people just hanging out in the front door yelling out loud! I’ll never bring my kid here again and it was our first time! A co-worker of mine said good things about this place and I can say other wise! People just bump into and don’t even use any manners which is very disrespectful! Our food was skimped and never got any topping for my food! I’m not trying to be ungrateful but me and my family was super excited to come here and had an horrible experience.

Make sure you bring along your appetite when you come here! If you want large or share sized portions this is a definite go to place. Their crispy fried chicken strips are amazing and well worth the cost. We got a 5 piece and their salad bar and had plenty left over… With all kinds of in house creations in sauces from sweet.. savory… spicy… you’re flavor pallet is definitely going to be happy… inside pub style dining or outside casual… great for a family get together… friends on a day out… or an informal date night… Chicken Bonz is a definite must have! Go check them out!!

Amazing chicken and fries! Plus, the salad bar is my favorite. Highly recommend if you’re in Springfield. We make sure to come here every time we are here to visit.
The service is great and the amount of food you get is well worth the money.
And with the purchase of an adult meal, you can get a free kids meal. We love this place!

Best chicken wings out here. Super juicy literally leaking juices while waiting to be eaten . Fries were super satisfying love how petite cut they are. Ranch top tier,Fry sauce top tier. Only thing i will say is a little more elbow grease when cleaning and MORE LOCATIONS i’m 30 min away (is worth to travel for) but if it was closer i’d get it every other day as opposed to every week.

When we were there it w a s good. But when I was getting my salad there was a lot of brown/red romaine I understand that it is not in season but if you pride yourself on having a salad make sure that there is no leafs turning. And when I went to the soda machine there was a lot of dust on the grate so that would tell me that your probably did clean the bibs/nipples that the soda comes out of.

I went here with some family, I loved the vibes that the dining room had, the servers definitely work hard to keep it clean and pleasant, the staff are kind and the food is very good, but the damn hot is not as the name suggests. I have been here many times and am pleased with the quantity of food to price, if you are stopping by the Eugene area definitely check this place out.
