Update: Strike 3, I’m out! I don’t know why, but this store has gone way downhill! This last (and I mean last time) order was awful. Tots were burnt cheese, pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread had pepperoni but not much cheese at all, and from what I could tell they forgot to put sauce on the pizza! I’m done! Time to find a new store, or totally new option!
While I’m normally a big fan of this store, the last two visits were half n halfs…which results in half a score. I usually get the ‘2 for 6.99ea’ deal. I tried their loaded tots from another store a few weeks ago and they were the bomb! I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience; cause every bit of cheese was burnt….bummer! The pizza was spot on tho, which is the whole half thingy. Can’t remember what the issue was last time; other than I got credited back for the order……
Come on, guys! You’re still my #1 crew…. if you step it back up!

The pizza was tasty and the flavors were great as usual. However, all the toppings on the vegetarian pizza were clumped in the center, which was quite annoying and made it inconvenient to eat. While we liked the taste, the poor distribution of ingredients was a letdown.

Quality food for a great family meal. $7.99 for a 3 topping large pizza. That’s pretty impressive. I like the thin crust and the hand tossed. I prefer the garlic or alfredo base over the tomato sauce. So it’s nice to have options. Plus the cinnamon twists & garlic knots are delish. Both extra buttery! Plus the new dippers were a hit.

Tonight, 12.30, we ordered 4 pizzas and were told it would be 12-20 minutes. We waited 30, the workers cursing and yelling loudly the whole time. We walked up to ask about our order and they had been done for a while and they said nothing to us.

We had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. We placed an order for a pizza that included buffalo sauce, but when we picked it up, the sauce was missing. When we asked for it to be added, the staff dumped an excessive amount of buffalo sauce straight from the bottle, completely drenching the pizza and making it inedible.
When we questioned this, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and sarcastic, insisting the order was “as per the ticket” and that we had to take it. When I said I wouldn’t accept it and requested a remake, he grabbed the order angrily and began cursing—right in front of us.
We went inside to speak with the manager, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the manager was equally unprofessional. He refused to acknowledge the problem, brushed off our concerns, and showed no accountability or apology for the unacceptable behavior of his staff.
We ultimately had to cancel the order. This was not just about a poorly prepared pizza—it was about the blatant disrespect and lack of basic customer service. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Ordered 2 large pizzas light on the sauce. I get home and it’s just slathered in sauce. I double checked my receipt to make sure I put that on the instructions online and it said it on the receipt. Also the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. Seems like reading a ticket and applying light sauce is a hard thing to do. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. It was a waste of money, and just ended in the garbage. Little mistakes like this shouldn’t happen, and now it’s cost return business. If the owner or GM is reading this, yall need to do better and retrain your employees. And from the looks of all the reviews, yall are missing off a lot of people.

Ordered 2 stuffed cheesey breads and pasta. Both cheesey breads had hardly any cheese on top or stuffed inside. It was mainly just a lot of bread and was definitely over cooked! Seems to be a trend at this dominos and manager isn’t doing anything about reviews left regarding this matter. This is now the 3rd time that we have ordered from this dominos and received overcooked and undertopped items. With this being Bentonville and having many other pizza options, I think we may opt for something better next time.

I placed an order online with Domino’s, and a few minutes later, the manager called to let me know they don’t deliver to my address. “I can’t have my drivers driving all the way out there” Like I asked for preferential treatment. I was surprised since the website accepted my order without any issues.
I’d recommend updating the website to prevent orders from areas that aren’t within the delivery range. It would save time, avoid confusion and avoid making customers feel like they’re at fault.
