This has to be the worst Wendy’s ever. There is always an issue, between the long waits, they are always out of something and messing up the orders I can not go here again. I have been 3-4 times, as it is near my job. But this last visit did it for me.
I asked for the chicken Nacho sandwich. I already had to wait for the order, the girl that took the order was short and rude. When I got to the window I tried to lighten the mood to see if she was good, she tells me no because it’s only her and 2 other people, ok I get the stress, but you can’t be rude.
Once I got my food asked for the receipt. No can do ma’am there is no paper for the printer. Wait you have paper in the back so people can get their receipt. Not one roll?
Ok. This should have clued me in to check my food. But I didn’t, got back to the office to find I had a burger instead of chicken. And I mean the sandwich was disgusting looking, then you have 3 patties on the bread and 2 are small squares and one large square.
So I called twice no answer, left a voicemail and still have not heard from anybody. $15 down the drain, as I did not eat the burger.

Got to this location at 9:29 am today to make a quick stop for some potato fries before going to work. A small potato fry that take 3 minutes to be made. At 9:39 I noticed no one came out after the Caucasian worker asked me to pull up to the stop sign . At 9:41 I went thru the line again asking why is it taking so long. A Haitian lady than tells me the fries just came up. So did y’all forget to drop my fries when I first came thru the line? I was so irritated because at this point I’m now late for work so I pulled off fast just to open my bag and see burn potato fries. What a waste of time! No I don’t recommend this location. Also no apology was given from neither lady. If I didn’t have to be to work everyone would have got cursed out. I will be doing a dispute with my bank

When I arrived I was the only customer in the building . Five employees hanging out at the drive-thru register One was eating everyone turned around and looked at me, however no one ever acknowledge me or said I’ll be with you. I waited for 5 more minutes I thought they’ll get to me I asked can I order my food here. They start calling someone from the back and I asked how come no one even acknowledged me or said I’ll be with you shortly or anything. I just left at that point I don’t want anything from this place The customer service is terrible

Ordered a baconator… received a double, but got charged for a triple. Stupid to waste fuel returning to a spot where the woman on To Go did the least to communicate the order properly with us. I understand you are timed by your company, but why waste my time? After handing us the bag she didn’t give me a receipt or say anything. We waited. She asked what’s up so I told her to give me a receipt (so I could get her name): Crystal. Quickly just shut it back. Poor customer service.

Last week I visited this Wendy’s for dinner. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean it was. I placed my order on the computer and had to wait a few minutes to receive my food… This makes me believe it was made fresh. I ordered two of the same sandwich, but with slightly different toppings.
Prior to handing the bag to me, one employee confirmed to another that the toppings were different. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail.
My order was correct and my meal was tasty.

I came here 9/6/25 service was good Everybody was smiling and Even everybody that works in the back what I didn’t like were that were fruit flies a lot of them The fruit flies hanging around as if the machine doesn’t get used or as if the counter needs to be wiped off or something the fruit flies with surrounding the soda machine underneath it where you get the water I poured water, but I’m not gonna drink it And also in the area where you would get like a napkins and straws and stuff there were no condiments out or anything because they’re in the back with the employees and they’re the ones who give it to you because you have to order through a kiosk. The potatoes were stale and the French toast as ok The restaurant was clean but the area by the soda part right there really threw me off. I don’t know why you guys have fruit flies if nothing‘s out, but you have a lot of them and I’m not sure if the employees know it because They’re in the back not saying they’re in the back doing nothing because they’re actually working but the fruit flies are a bit of a turn off. I won’t be back, thanks for awesome customer service

Oh my god this is the best Wendy’s I have ever been to better than new York and way cleaner, it felt so contemporary and modern, the foods was the best Wendy’s ever, the workers were so nice and the people there had decency, the place was very clean and stylish and so was the spacious restroom, and the fries had the prefect amount of salt for me for the first time ever, 100% recommend this is the model
