I ordered a mobile order and been sitting out outside for over 15 minutes. It is now 13 minutes past my pick up time and still have not gotten my food. What’s the point in doing a mobile order and there’s no cars out in the parking lot.

The food is ok if they make it fresh but careful if they do. You’ll sit there for 10 sometimes 30 minutes. Also it’d be great if they listened to the order given. Every single time my order is wrong. Every time.

Every time I get food from this location right by my house it’s never a good experience. Last night I ordered 2 small Oreo cheesecake master shakes, huge disappointment. I had no Oreo pieces whatsoever, no cheesecake, it looked like crumbs of graham cracker in vanilla ice cream that’s it! I ordered on the app 20 minutes before closing so my only assumption is they had the ingredients put away for the night and didn’t want to bother.
Edit** separate experience just got an order of popcorn chicken and 2 orders of groovy fries all of which were rock solid and inedible. Biggest waste of $15 I didn’t have to throw away.

I’ve never met a Sonic Drive-In that i didn’t like. With that being said, I don5 really know what’s going on with all the Sonic’s that I’ve eaten at in the last 10 years or so. Hasn’t mattered footlong or hamburger the meats never hot any more. Don’t know why that has happened. Does mater from Clinton, Ok, to Newcastle, Oklahoma, to Baytown, Tx, & to Mont Belvieu, Tx.. Haven’t eaten any meat from any Sonic in the last 10 years, that the meats just Luke warm.

I have always loved the foot longs at sonic , but today I was not satisfied with any of the combo so first of all the chili what they did put on it was dry and untasty, my curvy fries were hard and very over cooked just not satisfied with today’s lunch at all disappointed

The issue with this store is not the food or drinks or customer service. It’s the speed. Every single visit no matter if it’s drinks or food I’m waiting 10-20 minutes, legitimately. I’m not sure what’s going on inside but this is… kinda nuts.

Somehow they had removed this photo of my coney. Sorry Sonic, you must own up to this disaster you sold me. I had ordered 2 meals and 2 shakes for just over $25. I hate Sonic’s prices first off. Then my coney came out looking like this. I don’t understand, because we had to wait 6 minutes for them to cook up our hot wings. They should of thrown that hot dog out a long time ago. I cant believe someone would look at this and try to serve it to someone as they did me. I wonder what else this cook serves people.
