My smoothie was flavorful, It was a bit more expensive than I was expecting but worth it over all I would definitely come back here.
I ordered a salad (with accommodations that were happily granted) but it was just not good. A ton of the spinach was old and slimy, the tomato and cucumber had no taste, and the onions were forgotten. I tried to power through after removing most of the spinach but had to throw the rest away when I found a hair! ☹️
I presented my digital receipt and requested the removal of honey while adding vegan protein and coconut flakes. Rather than making a simple adjustment to the existing order, staff attempted to re-ring the entire bowl for $16.09 and charge me again, despite the fact that I had already paid $13.41 online. I clarified multiple times that I was only responsible for the $2.68 difference associated with the additional toppings. Throughout this exchange, the manager on duty remained unusually argumentative and insistent on an incorrect approach, despite clear documentation and payment verification.
The manager a woman with a gothic appearance stated, “Ma’am, I can’t give you a bowl for $2.68.” It was extremely concerning that an individual in a management position did not understand that I had already paid for the base order and was simply covering the cost of the add-ons. Only after contacting her supervisor was she instructed to move forward appropriately. Even then, once my bowl was handed to me, it was still missing both the coconut flakes and the vegan protein.
The overall lack of attention to detail, the difficulty with basic transaction math, and the dismissive attitude displayed toward a paying customer reflect serious training and leadership deficiencies at this location. I strongly encourage upper management to review this incident, as this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
